“This visit was the first for many years since my last to a EURO car parts shop. The item bought was a branded part and of a comparable cost to other retailers. For an 80yr old geriatric the online ordering was very easy, so far 5*s. So why only a 3* rating. On arrival it was found that the item had been incorrectly entered, but not even that was a problem to me as mistakes can happen. But having spent 55 years in the retail business, and trained that the CUSTOMER was "god", I was not impressed with the response of the staff member who supplied me with my item. I little "customer training" would not go amiss?”
