“I got a confirmation of the order, but when I went to collect it, the person told me Euro Car had cancelled it because they do not have the items. Euro Car still charged my card, and has only initiated a refund for part of the order.”

“Only because I met a friend as on the way out of Euro Parts shop for a chat I looked at my water pump box & saw the seal had been broken then when I checked the water pump which was in a bag inside the box that too was ripped open then I noticed a O ring was missing I went straight back & asked for a sealed box & they exchanged it straight away which made me think if an unopened box was in stock why give a customer a box with a broken seal first? I dread to think of the consequences if I had returned to the store hours or days later saying it was missing an O ring I would have been believed?”

“Great prices and brilliant availability. I recently bought a new battery charger, the Loughborough store had stock available to collect straight away. The prices as cheaper than a lot of places. Very quick to collect the charger.”
