“Just an oil filter but the Registration Number tool identified the correct part which was reasonably priced and appears to be of good quality. The chap who served me was friendly and assured me that I could change it if it didn't match the old one.”

“This is the second time I have ordered car oil ( Shell Helix ) from ECP , and suppoosedly both times the product was available. This last time I paid an nextra £9.99 to get the oil quickly as I needed it for a booked service 5 days later. Nothing arrived in the agreed 48 hour time scale and on the day of the service I got an email saying the product was not available and I would get a refund in a further 48 hours. All I can say is that ECP has really gone downhill in the past few years.......no longer my first go to place for car parts. Shame.”

“I was given the wrong oil filter, I done the service on my car on Sunday, I changed all the filters and the oil and when it came to changing the oil filter I realised the filter was wrong ,Euro Car Parts was closed so I decided to put the old filter back on ,and obviously that would contaminate the new oil I just put in, anyway went back to Euro car parts in Abingdon Oxford next day, the guy told me he won’t give me the correct filter because the one I was returning had a mark of finger print in the box, after explaining to him that I didn’t expect the filter to be wrong I just opened the box and then realised the filter was wrong my hands were a bit dirty because I was working on the service didn’t pay attention to keep the box clean, anyway he said he won’t give me another one, then I asked can I speak to your manager he said no he is not here ok I said what’s your managers name he said I’m not going to give you my manager’s name, then I said what is your name he said he can’t give me his name either, I wasn’t in the mood for arguments as I had my kids in the car waiting so I left very disappointed ,now I need to go somewhere else and get new oil and new filter to do the service again , I guess 1 less customer for Euro Car Parts no big deal”

“The range of products and prices are competitive the location of the store is very ha accessible. The counter person is friendly and knowledgeable with a good attitude. The downside can be the website does not support pinch and zoom on text.”

“I needed some new wiper blades for my van,so I thought that I would try and purchase them online, from start to finish the process was very easy to use and it only took a few minutes. Delivery was very quick and efficient a big thank you to Euro Car Parts and I certainly be using them in the future.”
