“Let’s start with the positives. Due to understaffing there’s a 30 minute wait for click and collect. Most would view this as a downside but you get to meet all the other mechanics and home petrol heads in your area without having to go to a coffee and show which is bore central. They’ll be local spanner twiddles who’ll know where to really get stuff but were unlucky today so had to go to euro car parts. I made lots of new friends. I did my click and collect. Obviously the part selctor was only 50% right and I had to reuse the antivibration shims I already had because it was wrong. Good for euro car parts the queue is so long otherwise I would have returned half the order.”

“I liked the car battery I saw on the site so ordered it. It was to come from Hemel Hempstead, around 8 miles from my home. I was told delivery would be free and take 3/4 days, but took 5, after chasing-up with a phone call. Products sold are quality, but service could be better?”
