“I'm not giving the maximum score because when you buy online, the system often suggests what you need based on the registration number, and unfortunately what I bought was wrong, and I had to go back to exchange the parts. Luckily, the shop was open and the super-friendly staff corrected the mistake and exchanged the parts for the right ones. They definitely need to work on their online site.”

“Ordered on line for collection. Picked up the pads. Next day went to fit them they were the wrong ones. Had to drive to take them back. It turned out I ordered the correct ones but whoever picked them they selected the wrong ones.”

“Great place to shop for those essential spares you need to keep our pride and joy motors in tip top condition, so enjoy their selection of parts available. Not always the cheapest and things like brake discs are sold singly, whereby you know they must be changed in pairs. On those occasions I go elsewhere as you can pick up a better deal by buying the paired set. I should imagine that they lose sales because of this. I'd still recommend buying from them.”

“I have been a customer of Euro car parts and have been very happy with their service but the staff have not always been helpful the general manager of a large garage rang and asked for a headlight for a Yaris and was told you did not stock it? Later that day I purchased one from you for £75. Silly error on your part! Errors like this mean you lose sales.”
