“I ordered fuse online, it shows next day collection, it wasnt ready to pickup. Few days after i received e-mail saying its ready to collect, i visited branch, they said they still havn't received fuse, i am getting reminders regarding collection but when i go to branch they they dont have my order. And they refuse to cancel order until order arrives at branch. Money is stuck there for weeks now”

“The prices are ok but the service is very poor.. Ordered on line and went to pick up hours later. Couldn't find my order despite searching for ages. Started to put it together while i waited in store. Could not locate a specific item i had ordered and offered a substitute asking will this do. No it wouldn't. Eventually got what i came for but such a palaver.”
