“Very helpful in problem solving. However it would be useful if the carrier notified the purchaser of time of delivery so that any potentially ‘missing’ order could be quickly resolved.”

“Very poor website, searched for spark plugs to go with my order & it listed NONE! Went to collect my order - shop said ‘spark plugs’ ARE available & simply gave me the ref number. Were unable to add these onto my order - so I then forfeited the SAVE30 discount offered when spending over £50 in a single transaction! What a proper con!”

“When ever I meet the men it's been always the best experience, this time I met a lady( I asked her name she said it's Yana area manager), asked to change my break pad which I didn't notice the seal was open and they were used, which I returned within 2hours of my purchase, straight she said it must be U who used it, then she said don't have, finally got annoyed and gave me a good 1, don't know who selected her to become area manager, as per me she got 0 customer services skills,I wanted to exchange my hydraulic jack to a bigger 1 that day also, just because of her rude behaviour I left that place, This is staines euro car parts, The rest people I met I have no problems.”

“Needed a coolant sensor, ordered easily enough, was ready in 20 mins. Had to wait a little while for collection upon arrival but excellent service from the boys in South Reading ECP. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
