“I’ve used euros before for service stuff and never had a problem however this time was different. I did my service and car was running lumpy. Turns out they had given me the wrong plugs!! So I had to shell out for a local motor factor for the plugs that were right for the car.”

“I ordered discs and pads for my wife's Renault Scenic. For some unknown reason, the website wouldn't let me order all for delivery, so half were delivered, the remainder were ordered for collection from Bulwell. Having collected them, I discovered that there was only 1 disc (rear) in the box. 2 were ordered (by default) and paid for. The collection note also showed 2. Having contacted Eurocarparts, the new Manager at Bulwell (Jermaine) called me back to apologise, and personally delivered the missing rear disc to me (about 20 miles). Excellent service.”

“Normally very happy but part was way overpriced compared to other retailers. Only one person serving and collecting orders so wait time was ridiculous. Assistant couldn't have cared less and couldn't have been more grumpy. Not a way to greet customers. I'll go elsewhere next time if they have the part I need in stock. Pity, because always been good in the past.”
