“The parts were all good and fitted, but bi needed another part when in store but no discount if I order it on one discount in store full price, I can stand in store and b order it and get the discounted price why play these stupid games makes me think you are ripping me off”

“Used click and collect, item wasnt stocked at my 2 nearest branches so I chose to drive the 70 minute round trip for the one it was in stock at, waited for the "your order is ready to collect" notification. Made my journey to find the items hadn't been picked and the particular urgent one that prompted the long drive was not actually in stock. Utter shambles. You would expect someone to have actually handled the items before marking it as ready to collect.”

“Pay for postage to get it in 2days, don’t get parcel after 5 days, complained about it and wanted postage back, THEY said will refund postage still waiting Over 10 days still no refund,”

“I purchased a Varta 105Ah starter battery (part no. 444779114) which according to your website is compatible for a BMW X5M, reg DC18 XUV, invoice no. 04407262. Took it to my local service garage to be fitted and was advised that it did not fit - too long. Measured the existing battery and found that your 95Ah Varta starter battery (part no. 444777004) was the correct physical size for my X5M desite your website stating that it was not compatible with my vehicle. I returned the 105Ah battery to your Kilmarnock branch and advised the staff that it was unsuitable for my X5M. They entered my reg number and agreed that your website did state that the 105Ah battery was compatible and that the 95Ah battery was incompatible. Had your database been correct it would have saved me from a 30 mile return journey to return the 105Ah battery. Can I suggest you correct your database accordingly.”
