“Absolutely fed up of this company. Constantly recommending/supplying the incorrect products. And to top it off I order them on the internet with my reg get 30% of them have to swap them for the correct products which were cheaper but somehow I had to pay extra in store absolute liability !!!!!”

“I just ordered a couple of glass cleaning products online for collection from the crayford branch in optima park. No issues with the service, only gripe is very difficult to park there !! No spaces in the road and the car park is very busy and tight!”

“Took over a week to deliver them I ended up collecting as nobody in store answers the phone so very poor customer services after 10+ phonecalls apparently they woukd call me back and never did 🤬 So if you like waiting then best place to go”
