“I have been a customer of Euro car parts and have been very happy with their service but the staff have not always been helpful the general manager of a large garage rang and asked for a headlight for a Yaris and was told you did not stock it? Later that day I purchased one from you for £75. Silly error on your part! Errors like this mean you lose sales.”

“Sorry, hit send send in error. I drove to store to get it, got back and stripped car again and offered up the new part, same shape and length but the knuckle joints were not at the correct angles. So I had to put it together again and drive back over. The gent who served me was apologetic and found a second choice option but no stock and had to be ordered. He took a copy of my photo showing the difference and I asked if he could check the second one to see if was correct before I came over again but I also advised him that I could not get back over until the following Saturday and he made a note of it. I turned up yesterday, Saturday 8th, I had not heard from him to say the part was not there or incorrect so assumed it was all OK, but the order was not there and it had been sent back because I had not turned up for it in the week!!!! So now I have got to go back yet again. And still do not know if this second option will be correct!!!”

“The part I ordered was incorrect. I returned it and the order for the part needed was ordered from Tunbridge Wells branch. Was told id be messaged when it arrives (4-5 working days). They have passed. I was not given an order number. Cannot speak to anyone at the branch by phone.”
