“Where to start, 1st I got told part would be ready on the 1st of the mth Drove over an hour to collect it to find it was NOT even dispatched from body shop cost nearly £750 2nd thing the female manager there could not care less about it (black hair and tattoos not to be confused if there's another) The only reason I would even consider shopping there is for 1 member of staff Scott he was awesome in his professional manner and tried to resolve it but was over ruled by management in my opinion if Scott was manager euro car would have alot better standing Mike Smith”

“They discriminated very badly. They sent email as ready to collect but For 3 products in the same bill they made me travel to their shop 3 times in different days. Staff is very rude and unresponsive and unprofessional. They made me wait for long time without proper response. They delayed me and served the customer after me. They sent email as all collected before they even delivered it to me and told me that it is not available and I need to come again to collect it. They delivered one product which the package was opened. Very disappointed and hurt.”

“Last time I purchased something from Euro Car Parts there were no parking spaces because most were filled with their delivery vans and so parked on road - as with other people. Just to get a Parking fine of £100 for actually "stopping on Cyan Park, Coventry CV2 4QP" which is private and is nothing to do with Euro Car Parts. Beware”
