“First and last time I will use euro parts. Ordered and told parts will be ready for collection at 8.15 the next day, went to collect and told only half the order was ready, the other parts will be ready the following day. The depot was unable to deliver it to me as outside their area.”

“They gave me the wrong oil filter for my van.....making me waste time to go back and pick up the correct one. But they did re -emberse me. so Will still use them. ----- Call times are sometimes a long weight.also.(Cambridge branch)”
