“I purchased a set of rear brake pads for a Ford Transit Connect van and a set of piston wind back plates. Wheel chocks and brake cleaner. Really good value. Ordered on line and picked them up from my local store at Crawley. A good swift service. Would definitely recommend, but just make sure that you order everything you need together, or you can lose the advertised 30% discount saving, which I did unfortunately, as I bought the wind back kit a day or two later and I paid an extra £19, which I could have saved, if I had bought everything together in one purchase. Lesson learnt ! I am a DIY mechanic, not professional.”

“Part didnt match online catalougue. Ignorant staff didnt want to change part saying id ordered wrong part. Attitude stinks. Gave up left store and bought part elsewhere. Wont be going back”

“I reserved a part I desperately needed via the app. I collected the following morning, to which I had to walk 50mins to the Euro Car Parts location and back again to my vehicle. When I had given the part to the mechanic, it was discovered I had been given the wrong part as it had been a clerical booking error by the either app or staff. Due to the desperation of needing the part, I had to then pay for a cab to there and back again. No apologies from the staff or discount given, just silence and stone-faces for an error from Euro Car Parts.”
