“Asked for next day delivery and paid £5.95 for it. Needed a new battery the next day . It wasn’t delivered until the day after . They did return the £5,95 but I’m giving it a 1 star cause it wasn’t delivered on the right day and cause I had to keep hassling customer service for an update”

“The part was there on time but after fitting part to.the car and same problem persisting found out from taking it to the garage for a diagnostic the part for my car was infact not compatible but part already fitted and box lost so cant even get a refund or do a return”

“I order an item on the website. It said 3-4 days delivery but it took 2 weeks and apparently they delivered on the 23rd and put the item in my bin. I was not aware when they delivered it, they didn't even post a note through the letter box. The item was then taken by the bin men as I didn't know they were in the bin. It took me to call them for them to tell me this information. 2 weeks later the manager called me after multiple calls saying they are delivering another item for me. I got it in the end 2 weeks later but I am not impressed to be honest.”
