“Great service. The initial delivery missed an item as it was out of stock and i was advised i would be credited back for the item. However, 2 hrs later another driver delivered the missing item.”

“The trim removal kit was available ex-stock, and I received notice for collection rapidly. Allowed me to correct a fault almost immediately ( for free- apart from the minimal cost of the tools). Job done!”

“The item purchased is of good quality and was ideal for my needs. However when collecting my item on the day from my local Branch I had to wait 20 minutes to receive my goods this included queuing up as there was only one member of staff on the front desk/till serving and waiting longer then exprected outside to get my item whether this had anything to do with staffing capacity on the day.”

“23rd March Alfreton Road Derby. Got given wrong sump plug for 2003 Citroen Dispatch. Took it back. Explained problem politely. No apology and just a grumpy impatient look from female serving behind counter. Clearly didn’t have much time for me. Not great service.”

“Used to use Stockton depot by far better staf ! Bn using Darlington depot last few times as live there so handy but you always have to sit to be served and can never find the account I want to use ! Go to Stockton depot no problem !! Darlington need to pull there finger out !!”
