“After searching for granny ev chargers for my new car I came across this product and tried to buy it from another company. Luckily for me they were out of stock as eurocar sold it at a better price. It wasn’t available for collection and website said it would be 3-4 days for delivery, yet it arrived less than three hours after I ordered it! The product looks great and worked well and the storage bag was an added bonus that the cheaper products on Amazon didn’t have. Very impressed- 5 star service”

“I won’t use you again unfortunately - 4 attempts to get the correct battery for my car, then it needed terminal adaptors. Then I asked for fuel line and got home to find out it was vacuum hose. Not good :(”

“Ordering was easy and a range of payment options. Collection was straightforward and whilst the part didn’t actually fit they arranged an immediate refund and found the manufacturer part number so we could order from them directly.”

“I've always used Euro parts , but wasnt to happy this time , i ordered a part for my wife's car , was told it would be ready for collection next day from 9am , I went along at 9.30 and it hadn't arrived , was told to come back late afternoon , I arrived at 5pm so as to give it more than enough time , still no part , was told to come back next day , I left it till mid morning to go back , still not part , guy said deliveries hadn't been but should be here later , left it till last thing go home along , still not part do this for 2 days a total of 5 trips , didn't bother going back for couple of days after that , then went back and part had arrived, my point is they shouldn't put a time on things arriving if theyre not going to abide by them , 6 journeys is not exceptable back and forward with the price of fuel at the moment”

“I order this item on line from my local store and as it was not in store I was given a delivery day as the following Wednesday,but later the same day as I placed my order it was transferred to another brange close by and delivered the same day as ordering brilliant customer service.”
