“Parts are usually readily available an d the staff are always helpful. I wish Euro-Car Parts had a better way of confirming the the parts were correct before handing them over so we can be sure the part they are handing over actually fits the car... I have had to return parts and even refuse them at the counter as they were clearly the wrong parts, but on the website they were correct”

“I went to the Uxbridge Branch. This not the first time but when ever I go there is always a rush of customers and only ONE person servicing. The person at the till is trying his best but ONE person serving is not enough. There should be two people or third person to help at peak time. Out of parts ordered one part was still was not present even though I collected day later. Therefore I had to go again next day and again stand in a queue watching ONE person serve. Hayes branch is better in this way as whenever I go, there are two people when there is queue.”

“Brilliant a pleasure to deal with very helpful when ever I go in there,they go out of there way to help you. I purchased some brake pads for my wife's car and wasn't sure if they were the right ones and the lovely guy who has been there for 9 years help me out and they were the wrong ones and he got me the right ones without any issues, very nice man thank you. **********”
