“Terrible service. Couldn't find the item (a car battery)I had reserved as a click and collect. Gave me a battery and guess what, got it home and it was the wrong one. Avoid using them if it is at all possible.”

“I oerered two head lamp bulbs and the ones that stated 60% more visability. But when my mechanic went to fit them they were thwrong ones for our toyota IQ. Bu he manager at the southend brach was exrtreemey heplful and refunded me the my money back. Also, he took the time to explian how their system works, so I was bette educated when buying anything else. I did also front and back brake pads that were ok and also fitted by our mechanic.”

“Second time, just recently, I'm buying brake pads by reg number and second time they are wrong, bigger, so I need to leave my repair on half way and make another way to shop, stay in queue to change them and of course they are none on same brand, need to buy something more expensive to match, like it was previous time.”

“Absolutely appalling, ordered online was not given any info about when it would be delivered, not told it had to be signed for, spoke to a rude and frankly arrogant team member and told them to not redeliver as I would collect, took a day off work to go to the store only to find out it was again out for delivery, rushed back home to meet the driver and they never arrived. The next morning order cancelled and refunded. Booking with garage lost.”
