“Collected an alternator ordered on line from Uxbridge store. One person only in front of me when I got into the store. it took twenty five minutes to serve this one person as he had a huge list from a business customer. Only one person serving behind the counter. No criticism of the guy behind the counter but you need to have more servers behind the counter or get business customers to email their orders so they can be gathered togeter beforehand. Also the alternator belt I ordered by telephone came in as the wrong belt despite having given details of the vehicle. Fortunately the guy behind the counter noticed that it was not the same as the pattern I had brought in and I managed to get a correct one from Motor Parts Direct.”

“Order was easy to place and item was cheaper here than elsewhere and also had discount vouchers applied making it even cheaper. Delivery was stated to be 3-4 working days with no tracking supplied. Had to chase the delivery at 6 working days and was told it would be delivered by store that day. The following day had to chase again to receive an hour later. Have yet to look the ordered item. Customer service was good and communication was sufficient. Would use again but not the delivery service.”

“I ordered my item on line and then I went and collected it, when I got home and opened the item out it was the wrong size,I phoned them up and explained about the wrong size, so they ordered another one at the right size, but when I went to collect it they had ordered in the wrong size again (you couldn't make it up) absolute rubbish service.”
