“terrible experience waited over 40 minutes to collect a car battery that i had already paid online only one customer in front but the desk assistant was tooooooooooooo slow and wasted alot of time to and from the store room will not visit hemel branch again”

“New Battery for honda. One of the products advised by Euro Car Parts advised purchased but didn't fit vehicle. Euro Car Parts refunded purchase price no problem. Just down to wrong advice by Euro Car Parts. Still, Got the refund. Just time wasted by Euro Car Parts due to wrong advice.”
