“After ordering online and using the click and collect service, I made the 10 mile trip to collect, however to my disappointment on my arrival the person on the counter informed me that it actually wasn't in stock!! Very disappointed”

“The app does not have a lots of the part on it that you actually sell which makes it harder to order them. My local shop and your staff there are great. I dont order to deliver i always collect from the shop”

“The website gave me an hour or so to get next day delivery. Did not arrive next day, and according to member of staff they close at 6:00 and I didn't order until 6:25. When I picked it up the following day, staff apologised and said it happens a lot, they've complained, nothing done.”
