“I recently visited Euro Car Parts and had a very disappointing experience. I urgently needed to use the toilet, but the staff refused to let me access their facilities, even after I explained it was an emergency. I understand that some locations have policies about customer facilities, but the lack of compassion or flexibility in a genuinely urgent situation was upsetting. It left me feeling stressed and embarrassed at a time when a little understanding would have gone a long way. I hope the company reconsiders how situations like this are handled in the future. A more considerate approach to customer well-being would make a big difference.”

“Wrong brake calipers 3 times despite my vehicle registration entered Extremely slow counter service. Queues out of the door. Only 1 person serving. I have a much better car parts place now. I will not ever go back to Euro car parts again”

“I ordered front bumper. When got it was damped. It was damaged due to no packaging on bumper. Only had plastic bag on bumper why got damaged was a van bumper colour black . Once damaged can repair it. .I next bumper of company was bubble wrap/ card bored. This sort packaging should bin one ordered of self's”

“Euro car parts is my go to place for all my car parts as they have a huge range good quality parts and i always use Acocks green depot as its near to me staff are great , and can even get parts ordered for next day collection. Keep up the great service on ward and upward”
