“The springs fit my Passat as the website suggests. I collected same day and this particular part was competitively priced. However the Euro car parts website is TERRIBLE. This product doesn't appear if you search retaining spring, pad retainer or caliper spring. There are many possible sub sections for the part to be in but its not intuitive in the slightist. I would add that the vast majority other parts from ECP are not competitively priced even with the endless "discount code" campaigns. I was looking for a crank shaft seal for a Transporter - FEBI parts online are about £35-40 ECP want £130. Timing belt kits, brake parts, ball joints, strut bearings, everything is over double te price of online competitors. We are talking about online reserved prices not walk in prices.”

“very very very disappointed, reserved online in few minutes, but stay a lot to pick up, last order in Northampton in December, just one men to reception, and was 10 persons in a Q on front me, after 6-10 min just been resolved one person, and i left them is well, to pick up my order was expected to stay in about 45-60 min… rubbish,,, mess,,, i will never go there again… is true, maybe some time is happening to be quick and that person to give a positive feedback but believe me them are exemptions… 👎👎👎”
