“I was in a difficult position recently with my car and 'europarts' had what I needed in store, tried online ordering - it failed - went to store got it immediately on my way in 10 mins, fantastic service, the girls knew exactly what I needed, retreived it, paid for it, on my way home, FABULOUS.”

“The service was rubbish, your website stated you had it in stock at Brierley Hill, so I ordered from this store and they didn't have it and it took two days to come and you couldn't give me my money back till the following day because I brought online so I couldn't even go to wolverhampton and pick one up where they had one in stock. Product was good”

“Brilliant. Very helpful assistant. Windscreen wipers in stock and checked they would fit my car, with option to return if not. One other major retailer did not stock them and another said "may" fit my car and wanted to charge £15 for fitting, (it took us 2 minutes to do ourselves). You win on price, availability and helpfulness. Thank you.”

“Great Experience, purchased Bosch discs and pads for my Audi Q2, fantastic advice from the guys at the Durham office who gave me a number of options but more importantly advised on the fitments which there are several different options for the same car and model. Eventually ordered on line for the super discount and the parts were ready and waiting for me to pick up. Fitted the same day as collection, no problems and a great result. Thank You Durham Euro Car Parts for such a pleasant and hassle free experience👍👍👍👍👍👍”

“I ordered a product, paid extra for next day and it turns up 5 days later? During this time I raised the query via email to Ingrid & Darren; neither got back with an update. By Friday, I telephoned and spoke to Donna; who also couldn't explain why my order was delayed, but she said it can be delivered Saturday!! Really poor service.”

“Absolutely shocking service, the second time now at Chadderton Oldham, The 3day return is an absolute joke, if you order on a Thursday evening, it’s gone into stock Monday am. Then if you want the same goods in store they are £5 dearer. BMS in future. Regards from a regular.”
