“I ordered a part and went to collect it but there is always a big que which takes ages to go down because most of the time there is only o e person serving. So I did not wait I went else where to buy the product”

“Needed a sump plug for a Nissan NT400 put in the registration of the vehicle & it waas reserved for collection. Luckily I could save the old plug as the one they gave me was 3 x the diametre of the original. Luckily not an expensive part but still frustrating but seems to be the norm in the UK when ordering anythink.”

“Waited over half hour whilst 1 member of staff served and 2 were stood in the back too busy on their phones to notice a que of 20 customers across the car park. (Chester branch) and when they were questioned they rolled the shutter down - the one to the left of reception.”
