“Paid for express delivery. Didn’t come next day. Took ages to get through to their call centre who arranged delivery a further day wasted. Parts came, wrong ones. Had to go down personally and sort out. Complete waste of time.”

“Bought a new battery for my car, took home to put in car, was the wrong one... took it back the next day to get the correct one. Gentlemen who served me was very nice, exchanged it no problem, and refunded the difference in price.”

“Overall a good retailer with a wide range of items at good prices however the collection process is sooooo outdated. Takes ages to pick up your pre paid/ordered items as they hand write out stock sheets and other steps. Please modernise this process urgently ECP!”

“Traveled to the store as part was in stock online. Got to the store, didn't take part number. Guy said it was not in stock. Drove home tried to find elsewhere and couldn't. Decided to call up and check stock and it was available. Drove back and picked up the part. Spent about £20 in petrol due to staff incompetence.”
