“No good poor quality bogus parts. Inefficient rude and always my last resort if everything else fails. I rather wait for a part from over seas than using them. I avoid if possible”

“Usually a good service but this time really bad. Purchased a 4 (identical) products to be collected (20 mile journey) - all of which were faulty. Called to have them replaced. Went to collect replacements (another 20 mile journey) only to have the guy at the desk immediately indentify that the replacements were also faulty!!! Wasted 40miles, 2 hrs, and still don't have the product. Not the usual Eurocar parts experience”

“For one I ordered brake discs and pads for my Nissan juke only when my son fitted them he found out that your system matched my discs for a Nissan up with a Toyota and I had to take back the pads only to be charged a extra £30 for the right set when the two members of staff put my reg in it still matched Nissan discs with Toyota pads so I will now bye from eBay as your system is no good”
