“Absolutely terrible service. I ordered the parts online, took the 4day free delivery option and ten days later after I had chased the company many times I and now told that if I want them I have to collect them from the branch as the postal address is out of there area?! We are only 12miles from the depot and have had a delivery from them before. I won’t recommend and Will use a different motor factor in the future that values its customers.”

“Super happy with my purchase, and honestly, I'm surprised Euro Car Parts sells swimming pools! Everything was just as described, and nothing was missing from the package. The order was ready to pick up the next morning. Argos sells the exact same thing for double the price, and people say the plugs for the pump holes are missing. We bought a pump separately to keep the water clean. I already told a few friends about it when it was hot, and they bought it and are just as happy as I am. Great service when I collect order as well.”

“I’ve still not received the part some where at Evri. Should been delivered a week ago and have to wait another 48 hours to see if they locate the part before making it priority to send my new part out. Car needs the part fitting.”

“I was purchasing a Bestway swimming pool, purchase made and confirmed on a Sunday. Confirmation email stated product confirmed delivery and collection date from local depot the following Tuesday. 2 day wait, that’s excellent. However upon attending on Tuesday product is nowhere to be seen, staff confused as to why I’ve even received a collection email, also no knowledge of when product will be available. Staff member stated to me “try again this time next week”, this completely ignored the fact that I had ordered the product as I wanted it that week, if I wanted to wait for what turned out to be over a week I could have purchased cheaper on Amazon. Terrible tracking service, and terrible customer service. Would be reluctant to purchase from here again unless it was a car part.”

“I ordered two Bosch Ignition Coils for a 2012 Mini Cooper. When I opened the sealed boxes inside were what lloked like two used Delphi ignition coils. I called the head office to report that I felt I had received fake parts. They did not seem that interested. Took them back and the branch were happy to replace them, but again they did not seem that interested in a) the fact that the sealed box did not contain what it should and b) the inconvenience caused”

“My only problem is collecting parts from the Yeovil store,there is only ever one person serving and I’m just picking up a click and collect and the the guy in front has a long list of parts he’s trying to order and it takes ages,click and collect should have separate desk for collection it would be much faster.”

“Gove them the reg, vin number, make model year engine size and they said yea we have the parts. Went there, bought them, take car to garage, car in the ramp, remove drop links, open box, wrong drop links. Had to ring another company buy the correct ones have them delivered to the garage my car was on the ramp at. Then return the wrong ones back to euro car parts, i dont understand how they get simple things wrong, this isnt the first time i have been sold the incorrect parts after giving my car details and being told we have the correct items, definitely wouldn’t believe them again, fuel filter was wrong 1 time, brake disc size was wrong on another occasion, crazy! Waist of time”

“Great pool, takes a good hour to fill up but it’s a great size for two adults and two kids. Plugs on the insides to let water out. Good price and definitely would recommend one of the best pools we have had.”
