“Order arrived promptly,and is top quality. However, oddly, it( drill set) and the invoice arrived in my “ safe space” in no wrapping parcel whatsoever! I’m not bothered by this-saved wrestling with packaging-and associated recycling!, but seemed a bit weird. Won’t affect my shopping with you in the future.”

“I do bought things for my car service and the prices are way to high compare to other companies like GFS. I realised very late and I am still regret that why I paid them double price . I paid £158 pound when same things on GFS were £97 . I’ll never buy from euro car parts again”

“Battery great price and quick delivery, my problem is they had all my details but I had NO communication from them which day or approx time it would arrive, fortunately we were in 8.30am, not sure what they would have done with the battery if we had been out.”

“Was unaware that I as a non business customer could order from here until my girlfriend told me. What a fantastic service, easy to order online, checks registration of vehicle to ensure right part is ordered. Ease of parking and collecting of goods with an added bonus of friendly helpful staff.”

“We placed our order online by giving our Reg, this was for brake pads & disks front & rear. All parts were not for our vehicle! Store could not care less, just passed the blame onto the next staff member. We never did get the correct parts for our vehicle after 3 trips back to the store! We are now waiting on over 300£ in refunds due to there lack of motor knowledge. Avoid avoid avoid”

“Visited Guildford site to buy some Normfest MC1 brake cleaner only to be told they do not sell it. I had to go home, order it online ( 12 shown in stock ) and return to the shop to pick up. Staff not very knowledgeable which caused me two visits.”
