“Eurocar parts used to be to best place to go for replacment parts. Recently I needed new Rear Disks and Pads, and found that they were too expensive compared with others. I compared the local motor factors and purchased from GSM who were cheaper. All i picked up from ECP was some brake grease.”

“What I didn't need was a one sided conversation with an employee who shouldn't be customer facing as it was clear that he didn't care about his work or fulfilling a customer's order. Not the first time this has happened. Euro is never my first choice of supplier because of this attitude.”

“Great price for a spare wheel kit,with a discount code.Price could not be beaten. Really good customer service from the lady at the Bromsgrove branch-friendly and professional. Could probably do with more of a display when you walk in as its a bit bare and you might sell a few little bits at the same time...bit like screwfix does... Good experience overall”

“I’ll be honest it’s the first time in ages that I’ve ordered from euro and dead surprised how quick my order was delivered it was only break pads but I got them about 2 hours after ordering them and didn’t pay for fast delivery only free shipping.”

“Ordered a battery for my car after it died, went with next day delivery and it turned up the following morning having ordered at 10pm the night before. Unfortunately it wasnt the right battery (apparently the correct battery has been discontinued by the manufacturer I have since found out). Returned it to my nearest store the following morning and recieved a full refund including the postage. Great service even in the circumstances, highly recomended.”
