“Needed 8 spark plugs for a Ferrari 355. Not really an off the shelf product but thankfully ECO High Wycombe had them in stock and made my job much easier. Collected 10 minutes after placing my online order, very efficient. Good experience from start to finish. Martin Bucks”

“Had an issue with the wrong brake pads ordered online. Went to the Crewe branch to get it sorted and they were fab. No issues at all. The gent who served me, helped find the right parts as it clearly wasn't fool proof and exchanged the parts and deivered the next working day no questions asked.”

“There were issues to my battery order but local shop manager sorted it out without screaming extremely professional and somehow made me forget about the things that went wrong highly recommended. But if ordering a car battery or similar pay them to deliver the other option would be a mistake. Many thanks for the help. Alan..”

“Most stuff is in stock or ordered in next day. Returns policy is good too. Couple of times I’ve got wrong parts, they’ve been easily returned. Lady regularly on till at my local branch (Romford) is always on point too. Very good service”
