“The box (brake pads) was open, and the parts were rusty, had to take them back. Clearly as the box was open this was a known issue, really poor service.”

“Item I bought leaked, took it back a couple of hours after collection and said I couldn’t get a refund as it had been used…..how was I to know it had a leak if it wasn’t used 🤷🏻‍♂️ very poor customer services and £12 down the drain!!!”

“I bought a Bosch fuel filter and when I came to fit it ths replacement seal was not in the box. Very frustrating since there was not a second filter at my branch and I had to make a special 16 mile round trip when it came in. It would have been far better it ECP had offered to deliver the second filter foc when I phoned to sort out a solution however, as ever the exchange at the counter was easy enough”

“The online reserve ordering was straight forward, however there appears to many places which requires confirmation. I was under the impression I had reserved the item. When I went to collect the reserve item, I found out that I had not reserved the item, because the last 'reserve' confirmation button was way at the bottom of the page which I missed, due to all the other confirmation beforehand. This areas needs to be simplified, too much information and unnecessary confirmations. Otherwise a good service and courteous and helpful staff.”

“I ordered a new 12v battery by click and collect, only had to wait a few minutes, the assistant verified it was the correct one for my Ford Puma, I can't fault the service, I'll definitely shop there again!”

“My Dad passed away in April, my Mum has given me his car as a do project. The wheel trims were looking worn out. Until I can find some alloys, I purchased some new trims from eurocarparts. I ordered them and within 20 minutes they were in the car ready to put on. They have brought the car back to life. Amazing service.”

“Was given a faulty alternator then told they can only do a return and swap… told them I have proof the alternator is faulty and I’d prefer not to swap in case receive another faulty product. Received no help what so ever”
