“Discs & pads were great well happy apart from the brake ware sensors were the wrong ones , so had to drive back once & then again as you only had 1 in stock now I have to take car back to mechanic to fit sensors . Not ideal , please do better next time”

“Easy on line purchasing system. Clear and concise instructions on collection times / dates. On pick-up arrival, sorted very quickly and efficiently. In store less than 5 mins. Not the 1st time I've dealt with Euro Car Parts and certainly not the last. Always found staff approachable and more than willing to help.”

“Unfortunately I was third in line behind a customer who needed a considerable amount of help, which she was given patiently by the young man serving. It would have been helpful if the other assistant could have come to the counter sooner. He was already aware of the queue forming as he had been called at one point to help the other assistant. I appreciate that there may have been a reason why he couldn’t do so. But it did make me late for work. I would use Euro Car Parts again, but need to remember to allow more time”
