“I’ve been to Euro parts twice in the past month. To buy MOT supplies and then a battery in the Southampton Branch. The first guy on the counter was extremely helpful and knew his customer care. A true asset! The second time was for a battery and a different staff member was also very good. Thank you both”

“Overall a really useful and efficient service and the ability to find the parts by entering Reg No is excellent. However, 2 points on this occasion to mention: 1. Throughout browsing there was a countdown “order in the next 5 hrs, 12 mins, 30 seconds for free next day delivery” - that sounded great! But at checkout it was £’s for 3-4 working day delivery and £6 for next working day. That was disappointing. 2. Brake pads did not fit . Much effort was spent trying to fit them to no avail. A visit to another local supplier provided brake pads which fitted straight away. Now I have to sort out return details. Hopefully glitches which will be resolved .”

“Item arrived in a box that had been completely destroyed!! (see drivers delivery photos)this is obviously a returned item as there is grease residue in the friction material. Lets hope that the contents are the originals.”

“They advised a air filter for my car. The dimensions and the photo they uploaded was correct. When I picked up the filters, they were the wrong ones. I was told to take the filters and return tomorrow to get the correct ones. I returned to pick the filters but was told that they had received the wrong ones again and explained that there's a faulty with the system. I got a refund but in total I had driven in total of 16 miles. I'm not happy.”
