“Low marks not about the on-line ordering, it is about the ability of picking the part up as there was a constant cutting the orderly line from mechanics expecting to and unfortunately being allowed by them not being told to join the queue. Also did not help as the same lad was processing the orders but also going to the back to bring to the counter. This was added to by some customers unsure as to what they want!”

“I am sorry to say that your service is very poor. Unfortunately at each stage of customer interaction with Eurocarparts I left with a poor impression. I ordered online, and received no communication of when parts had arrived for pick up. So I rang the local store, it was so difficult to get through, in waiting system. I had to call three times to get through. Answered by a nice person. Arrived at store, service so very slow, inefficient system of work to support customer. My friendsnhave had the same experiences. Sorry but unless desperate I will not be using you again. I suggest your senior leadership team go out and be a customer and see how you are treated. There is no customer focus and staff are not engaged. From all my interactions with busineses this is always the worse service I receive.”

“Ordered a battery for store collection, listed as being in stock. Drove some distance to the store to be told they didnt have it. Asked them to phone and check other stores, but they couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. Complete waste of my time.”

“Gave them registration number. Ordered 2 front discs. Wrong parts sent. Euro won't collect so I had to do do a nearly 30 mile round trip to get my money back. I am 77 years old”

“Quite unhappy with the deliver and Guildford customer service. First of all, my item was delayed without any update. Went to pick up 3 times, each time front desk promised to call me for an update, never happened. I missed the fitting appointment that i booked well in advance.”
