“Great establishment and service but please don’t stock VW in-block cam belt driven water pumps that don’t come complete with an outer body seal / O-ring. Alternatively please keep a supply in stock or at least warn ‘Does not come with seal’ on the item description online. Cost me 90 minutes to find and collect a seal quote a distance away meaning Inhad to work late to get the job completed the same day.”

“I spend £300k on parts per year, unfortunately i am not having someone travel a 1hr round trip if a part needs to be returned, which is where there nearest collection depot is. I can have other major part suppliers that provide a much easier alternative to returning parts, which happensin this line of work! Jog on Euro Parts”

“Starter motor was brilliant, did the job. Just waiting for confirmation e mail took so long and the confirmation msg. Said parts be ready in 15 mins , waited over a hour, so went to Europarts shop to see if it had gone threw, checked my bank and payment taken. Think you have IT issues. Staff brilliant trying to sort it in the shop.”

“Had exactly what i was looking for, at the right price, easy purchase process just one problem. I received an email saying the product would be in the branch...except the product wasn't. I couldn't get back in the 2 days they said they would keep it if/when it got there. I ended up getting a credit which was a very smooth process which ironically meant they sort of half rescued the situation. What I really would have preferred however was the probably 'system-generated' email to actually be factual!”

“Parts never arrived on the day of collection. I had to source them elsewhere. Then a week later I get a email saying thank you for picking up your parts. I'm guessing they have kept my money”

“I’m a novice and wanted to replace a rear light fitting myself. So I called Cambridge branch for advice. You wouldn’t meet a team that is more Honest, helpful and understanding and they also arranged a same stock transfer. With their help, I saved over £200 labour charges. Highly recommended!”
