“Usually have the item I require. Never had a problem with any item yet. Prices reasonable. Counter staff at Widnes branch are shocking. Pleasant enough and knowledgeable enough when they come to serve which very often is a 10 minute wait.”

“I ordered my wiper blades on line , unfortunately they were incorrect , so l got a refund and the correct ones were ordered.ln fact the wrong bar code serial no was on the original box , the box was correct the wipers were not .The Bosch product is very good , I don’t understand why l was charged more for the wiper blades that were replaced when the serial no etc was correct”

“Part supplied was incomplete - blister pack had been opened, part of contents removed and pack re-sealed. A replacement part was ordered and provided but the repair job was delayed - annoying.”

“ECP had all the parts I needed and the oil was half price, so my service cost £87 all in. Oil, filter, air filter. Very pleased. DIY obviously, so the price excludes my labour, but at that price I'm more than happy.”
