“Ordered some Autoglm products for collection at Weston-super-Mare branch. No problem goid notification when ready. Drove 12 miles to collect abd decided to take a bottle if screen wash of the shelf with a price shown on shelf of £1.50. When the assistant rang up profuct ug came up at £4.99. I said look it clearly states £1.50 shelf price. No its £4.99 on the Internet. Fella im in the branch buying not on the net. So I'll gave it at £1.50 price shown. No computer says £4.99 , felt like a little Britain sketch. Appalling customer service and manners . Steer clear”

“ordered some service items for pick up same day. went to collect at the time specified to be told that the oil filter 'hadn't made it onto the truck' paid for the parts and the missing filter. a couple of days later went back to collect the filter to be told that it wasn't there. asked the guy to check and he found it - 'it hadn't been scanned in' so I suspect it was there already when I collected the other parts... also was told that I had to pay for the filter although I'd already paid when I collected the other parts. at no point received any communication on the status of my order. all in all, pretty disappointing!”

“I needed to replace headlights on Ford Focus. Using Euro car parts website made selecting the correct parts by registration plate number so easy. Parts were immediately available for collection and staff at the Braintree branch were very helpful.”

“I ordered 5 items for a basic car service on the morning of Friday, July 3rd. On Saturday, 11th it had still not arrived so I called them but could not get through. On Monday, 13th called the helpline again and gave up due to being kept on hold. I called the Preston branch and went through the phone options which automatically disconnected me. I then called another line and managed to get through and cancelled my order. Now I'm waiting for a refund ! Terrible service and will not use again !”
