“I'm not sure if I was singled out for poor service. I've used your service before but have never experienced what I have this time around. I ordered a car battery on 16th January and I had to beg your company to deliver my order. I had to 2 phone calls to request help with my order. It was delivered after a week. Me and my wife had spent a lot of money on taxi service going to work while waiting for the battery to be delivered.”

“I ordered brake pads and discs against my car registration number. They were wrong and apparently this happens all the time. I then have to wait days on end for a refund and have to fork out for different ones. Time wasted at the garage who then couldn't fit them!”

“I needed a part for the car, Euro car parts was my first choice to purchase. Great website I found exactly what I needed and it was in stock. So I reserved it and paid it was ready to collect same day or later if required. It was easy to collect and fitted within the hour. Great service as usual. Many thanks.”

“I ordered an expansion tank online, click and collect, but was unable to find the compatible pressure cap for it on the website. When I went to collect it I was told I couldn't have the promotional discount because I didn't order it online. Having been served by an unhelpful " computer says no ! " member of staff , it was such hard work trying to buy anything else, I just gave up !! I have used Euro for a very long time but in recent years their service is getting poorer, prices too high and the competition is much better.”
