“I ordered my parts on a Sunday for delivery with a forecast of Tuesday and they were with me before 09.00 on Monday morning, outstanding service. All parts of a quality manufacturer and at an excellent price. Would highly recommend Euro Carparts.”

“The staff were really helpful, but the computer system set up is awful. I ordered a part online, but it didn’t fit. I phone the help line and they said return to my local shop (17 mikes away). I did return it but the local shop couldn’t find my my order due to the computer system not sharing order details, I left the shop 30 mins later, with no refund, whilst the sales assistant tried to find my order. I’m waiting a phone call confirming my refund.”

“This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I have been a regular customer and have often purchased parts from your physical store. When my battery failed, I decided to order a replacement using your same-day delivery service, expecting a reliable and professional service. Unfortunately, the battery was never delivered. Even more concerning, I was charged for a same-day delivery service that was never provided. As a direct result of your failure to deliver, I lost an entire day's work because I was unable to complete my job. Despite this, I was still charged for a service that you did not perform. I find this completely unacceptable. Charging a customer for a delivery that never took place is unfair and raises serious concerns about your business practices. If this matter is not resolved promptly, including a full refund of the delivery charge, I will have no choice but to report the issue to the relevant consumer protection authorities and pursue the matter further. I expect this issue to be resolved without any further delay.”

“Parts in stock and at a good price. I ordered some parts but forgot to add something on. But there was no option to cancel so I placed another order with all items required. When I went to collect I explained this. The store colleague told me that the second order was down for collection in Tamworth, even though my email clearly stated Leicester store. He was able to sort it out in the end but could've been more pleasant about it, I specially as I'd explained the reasoning behind it and that my email showed collection for Leicester for both orders placed.”
