“Women at the desk did not help me when I asked if it was for my car she was very rude when I first entered the shop she took ages to come to serve me when she finally come out to serve me she was on the phone clearly talking to her friend she processed to carry on her conversation on the phone while leaning on the counter while I was stood waiting for her to finish she then served me while serving me she was very abrupt she then refused to apply the discount I had from the parts and made me do it over the internet so I placed the order on the internet. She then said I need to wait 15mins to get it so just wait outside so I did. After 15mins I went back inside and yet about waited at the till for a while when she came through the door she was once again on the phone to her friend asking how she's going to get home she said it's not ready yet you will have to wait. After waiting again I then got my parts and she was once again on the phone before dealing with me when I asked about the returns she just said 30 days and then walked back out the door to the back not good enough poor service rude and slow.”

“Gave my Car make and model along with the registration. Was told to buy this certian wiper blades so I did. I then took car to get MOT and they advised me I had the wrong wiper blades! So I had to purchase elsewhere and then travel back another day to return.”

“The website is absolutely rubbish. No pictures load, when I looked for the part only three versions appeared. I managed to order the wrong part, it arrived instore the next day. I immediately got a refund. The lads in the store were very helpful. My advice, sort out your Web site, stop the pop ups and special offers. Don't ask for my car reg and then have nothing in stock for it and I know that you do. Sort out a proper parts catalogue, it isn't helpful the way that you sort them popular parts. Trying looking for a wheel hub. Good luck with that.”

“Order arrived a week after I had ordered. Darren was usually quite quick responding to my emails when I was chasing it up. The Europart App on my phone did not show my order or status at all although it shows all my past orders. There seems to be a disconnect in your system. At the very least I should have got regular email updates to keep me informed. The brake pads box had already been opened and one of the pair had the protective wrapper already removed. I don’t know if I should have also received new clips/,grease sachets or not in the box. Regards”
