“I required some adblue cleaning solution on a Sunday afternoon and Euro Car Parts had it in stock at a store which was easy for me to travel to. Quick service in store added to the positive experience. I've used Euro Car Parts in the past and will continue as and when required.”

“Very Slow.... need more staff. The Staff who were there, work as hard as possible so couldn't fault that. But would probably get parts delieved to home(only if it still works out cheap than their rivals).”

“We ordered a car battery on Sunday with next day delivery. By Monday afternoon it had not been packed and shipped yet, so I message the team. They refunded my shipping and apologised for the delay. The next day afternoon it was still not out for delivery. I messaged them again. No effort was made to expedite or resend my order. It was Thursday by the time it was delivered. I was given a £10 voucher. Do not order anything you need the next day. Go to the shop instead.”
