“Four items ordered and paid for on click and collect. I received notification that my order was ready to be collected the following day. When i arrived I was told one item was out of stock. This is very incovenient as I now have to make a one hour round trip to pick up the other item. I would have had them remove it from my order but I was told I could collect at a later date or have a credit note. Both are a big inconvenience. It has been over a week and I still haven't had time to go. Other than this the service was fine. Nothing to shout about.”

“Women at the desk did not help me when I asked if it was for my car she was very rude when I first entered the shop she took ages to come to serve me when she finally come out to serve me she was on the phone clearly talking to her friend she processed to carry on her conversation on the phone while leaning on the counter while I was stood waiting for her to finish she then served me while serving me she was very abrupt she then refused to apply the discount I had from the parts and made me do it over the internet so I placed the order on the internet. She then said I need to wait 15mins to get it so just wait outside so I did. After 15mins I went back inside and yet about waited at the till for a while when she came through the door she was once again on the phone to her friend asking how she's going to get home she said it's not ready yet you will have to wait. After waiting again I then got my parts and she was once again on the phone before dealing with me when I asked about the returns she just said 30 days and then walked back out the door to the back not good enough poor service rude and slow.”
