“Sorry, but an online order collection here takes so long. Even if there's no queue. And if there is a queue, the orders don't come out in the order that the customers arrived. So you stand and watch other customers come in, wait .. and then go, while you're still waiting for yours.. It can actually be over half an hour!! On a plus side the staff do make an effort to be helpful and one appologised for the wait, as if he was embarassed about their system. I use this place as a last resort only.”

“Absolutely amazing service! I needed some Dry WD40. I visited the Chelmsford branch for this. They were out of stock and managed to get it shipped from another store elsewhere. I then got a call saying it had arrived. It was a real life saver, as I desperately needed it for my MJK Roofing van padlocks that secure my ladders! I couldn't find this particular type of WD40 anywhere else, only cheap alternatives! So I was well pleased! The lad behind the desk was really helpful, he could of just said we haven't got any and it's too small to get delivered over... But he didn't! He's an absolute star!”
