“Requested a review so here you go, Have ordered online and picked up in store successfully once, but online delivery is garbage. Ordered on the 17th Jan, with 3-4 working day delivery. It's the 26th Jan, my order is still processing and when I contacted them yesterday I was told I'd recieve an update in 24 hours. I have not. Contacted them again to cancel and I assume I'll have to chase them down about this cancellation and refund too. Waste of time and money.”

“After having no luck buying the part I needed through a Citreon garage, I was easily able to use Euro parts online site to find the car part I needed and order. Quick delivery to local store for pick up. Staff there offered to carry the part, in a big box, to my car.”

“I thought I had reseved a filter and some oil but I made a mistake by not reserving the oil. When I went to collect there was oil on the shelf but the staff refused to sell it to me because it wasn't in their system and they didn't kmow how to add it. I asked them to take the money anyway and sort it out themselves and they refused. They did me a favour because Amazon has the same oil for £27 instead of £45. It pays to shop around. Thanks Euro Car Parts. Your laziness \ incompetence saved me £18.”

“10/10, easy to order on the website, I went into branch and only half order in stock as I didn’t read my email but the guy was able to get the bits he could together and then I popped back a few days later to collect the rest, good value for money, great service. Deserves the 10/10 ratin.”

“Normally excellent but last visit to collect part at Warwick was dire. No one on counter - felt like the Marie Celeste. Finally a guy showed up, went to find item and came back to say the one I’d ordered (Osram +220% H7) was not on shelf despite my getting message it was in stock”
