“Bought part online and went to collect. On arrival part could not be found despite showing 3 available on their computer. Had to get a refund and shop elsewhere. Really shocked as I have never before had any issue shopping at Euro. Despite this it hasn't put me off returning”

“I ordered a Turtlewax Odor-X Whole Car Blast 100ml New Car yes I received a lavender one surprise I saw it at home. I went to the Uxbridge branch to return it because I don't like lavender. There I was passed from one operator to another and until finally they got it back I touched the card but instead of getting the money back on Monday I saw that 3.99 was withdrawn from my account again. I was left without the product and without the money I paid twice”

“Ordered brake parts off the vehicle registration. Came up with multiple choices of cost and quality. I selected ones , thinking they would fit. Out of 4 sets, only one set of pads were correct. And out us in a difficult position,as my son had travelled over an hour for us to fit them, only to find that they didn't. Very disappointed and caused me to pay a garage to fix the issue.”

“Made a last minute decision to buy wheel covers for my van and get some oil. Ordered them in the morning and was very surpeised to receive them that afternoon. Driver was very friendly and polite and the quality of the wheel covers was excellent and only cost £9.99 Well done Euro Car Parts, will definately continue using”
