“Perfect as always. Not only the prices are good but it's local too. Delivery is free if you spend over $25 which is not a challenge when it comes to car parts. I ordered wrong battery so I brought it back to replace it and it took less then 5 minutes. I couldn't ask for more. That's why I keep coming back”

“I ordered a part on a Thurs afternoon , I needed it urgently , because Ineed my car for work , so, I paid an extra £9.99 express delivery charge , by Monday 5.30pm , I had still not received the part , I phoned up Europarts and spoke to a very helpful man , who told me my part was coming from their warehouse and should be delivered by the next day Tuesday. On the Tuesday at 12.30 , I phoned my house and was told , there was still no sign of any delivery , so , I phoned Euro Car Parts , and cancelled the order . The only thing , I found efficient , was , I was reimbursed by the Friday of that week , everything else was terrible . It meant , I had ti hire a car for a week , so I could go to and from work , shoppping etc . I will not be using ECP again.”
