“This branch used to be great customer service nowadays they don’t bother helping customers anymore at till customers service always been worse on my last visit they were asking some unnecessary stuff which wasn’t right about customer privacy”

“Ordered arrived with missing parts. 6 phone calls made, 4 callls abandoned (longest before giving up was 43 mins !), 4 emails, 2 chat sessions. Very freindly, lots of broken promises, total incompetance at addressing problem. Absolutely USELESS - - - - THEN I was beginning to despair at never being able to resolve this and the Wonderful Eliza stepped in and sorted it outin just a few hours. The only reason I will ever use this company again is because I have Eliza's telephone number”
