“Really helpful counter staff, quick service at the(warwick) store I also used the phone to ask afew questions on items i couldn't find on the website. This time, The person I spoke too wasn't so helpful. !! So I phoned another store( Banbury) and the member of staff was really happy to help me. So got my question answered.”

“Ordered door mirror and it was available the following day. No problems in the store. The mirror is not as secure as the original it vibrates a bit when the door is closed but at a much lower price than the oem part it is good value.”

“Absolutely useless! I ordered the parts and they closed before I managed to collect them. I called them to inform of my trip and said I'd be in on Wednesday to collect. On Tuesday they cancelled my order! Customer service is appalling, I'm now seeking a new supplier”

“I ordered a ac condenser for my truck using the number plate search online, drive 40 minutes to go and collect the part only to get home and realise it was a rerun that I’m guessing somebody else had tried to fit, then I realised it wasn’t the correct part for me either. Then had to drive 40 minutes back again to return it.”
