Reserved click and collect online all in stock show up with email sorry not available 🤔 Came outside checked stock still showing 4 in stock called store explained told yes we have them back into store for another 20 Min wait get too desk no we havnt got them took asking for someone from the office too check again for them too say yes we have them, 40 min too collect a reservation not good at all

I ordered the part I needed online, and went to collect. However it turned out I'd ordered the wrong one and the assistant recognised this immediately and was able to provide the correct part for me. Excellent service. Thank you

I ordered parts on line for collection - pay on collection luckily. I am a regular user of sxrewfix where you will gain confirmation of your order with in minutes. I arrived at ECP after 45 mins to be advised the order was not received and nothing could be done to help.. I decided to carry ourtshopping in Serco. This was a successful shopping experience. Then went back to ECP to again be advised that the order had not been received. However the young lady was able to find the order and provide the parts. Since this i have received emails reminding me to collect my parts. Please fix your broken systems and keep up with your peers.

Nice and easy to use the app just put in your number plate/ reg. All parts come up I needed a new battery as my one suffered from cold weather and didn't start the van got a new one next working day delivered FOC brilliant

I will never shop here again. Long queue, stretched out of the store, one person on till, when he eventually DID turned up, so much restlessness and frustrarion among those waiting because it felt like one person per 30 minutes was being attended to. Total disregard for those waiting in the queue. I walked out. Never to return

Bought an ignition coil and set of spark plugs for a 2013 Renault Clio. All items were in stock ready for immediate collection (Bolton Warehouse). On arrival at the store, I was dealt with quickly - items were ready for me.

Ordered wiper blades online to click and collect at Crawley store. When I got there I was told there was a computer problem and that orders where not coming through on the system. However, I was informed that I could purchase the items at retail cost and could not get them at the 15% off offer online. The boy, behind the counter didn't want to know and was more interested in looking at his phone. Good tactic when you don't have any customer service skills. Left the store with nothing.

Although I did get exactly what I ordered and managed to pick it up with an hour or so from when I placed the order, my experience picking up the item from the Barking branch wasn't fantastic. When I went to the store in person, I found that the desk-staff were often busy or distracted talking with one or two seemingly regularly customers they seemed to know well and who had finished placing their orders, which made it necessary for new customers to interject and make their presence known to get service. The person who was tasked with fetching the items from the store room also rarely annouced when he brought an order to the desk and never annouced the name associated with each item. I only found out my order had come out after it had sat there for 5-10 minutes and I went to check myself. Since the member of staff brought out several orders at once and had not annouced who they were for, me and several other customers had to go through and identify whose item was whose with no help from the nearby desk-staff who were still busy talking to the same customers or amongst themselves 20+ minutes after I'd arrived. Thankfully, I managed to find my item by cross-referencing my paperwork (which was not left with my item) and the label on the item itself, but for other customers who had bought more niche labelless items this was less clear. There was about 2-3 minutes of haggling between one or two customers for whose item was whose which continued when I left. Overall, I should say that although the staff were quick in addressing me when i notified them of my order and brought it out fairly swiftly, but I couldn't really appreciate this as the lack of direction within the store made the whole experience confusing and didn't leave me with a great impression. It won't stop me from shopping with Euro Car Parts as whole in the future, but it has made me less incline with use the Barking branch.

I had a small computer 'glitch' when attempting to collect my pre-ordered brake disks & pads from Europarts, Farlington, 11-Jan-26. Subsequent assistance received from manager, Mark S. was first class - Thank you for all kind help received.
