“Very disappointed. I've ordered a set of two shock absorbers and when I collected I was inspired two open the boxes right there to find out that one of them was not what was written on the box (it was still a shock absorber but different size and different part number). I got a refund for them but I wasted a few days, missed the garage appointment, etc.”

“I ordered a car battery. It was excellent value and opted for standard delivery. It was delivered the very next day and I received a phone call from the driver asking me where to leave it as I wasn’t in. The battery itself was of good quality and charged, so I was happy with the price, the quality and the service. I would definitely use Euro Parts again.”

“I purchased a new battery for a peugeot 207sw when receiving it in the shop it looked a bit big for the battery tray I asked if this was the correct one and was told it was the only one listed when I got home it was to big so it was the wrong one but I had to make it fit so I could use the car second time this has happened with batteries from here”
