“Meant to be a trusted parts dealer, charged almost 2k for a set of injectors where united deisels sorted me out of £800. They told me if the garage contacted them I could have them cheaper. Cheeky, will not be using them again.”

“I ordered online for store collection a screen wash liquid but when I came to the store the staff member told me he could not find the screen wash (while the app and his computer said there was several in stock) after I paid in store and I would have to come back the following day in the afternoon to collect it. I don’t blame the staff member but this is fairly annoying to have to come back as the inventory is not accurate.”

“Parts arrived, 3/5 items did not fit the car, fair enough. Drove to euro car parts to return parts and get correct parts. Couldn’t get credit, returns had to go back on card direct, fair enough. Wanted to order correct parts for delivery, COULDNT DO IT IN STORE, had to get part numbers from guy in store, then re order them online at home. Again 1/3 items still arrived wrong! In fact it was the same filter I had already returned.”
