“Discovered a problem with my car and identified what part was needed. Went to the Euro Car website and found the part which they had in stock at my local branch. Ordered on Sunday evening and able to pick up first thing on Monday. First class. Thank you”

“Euro car parts in the latest years has become very expensive. At times parts may cost 3 times more than other parts shops. I buy sometimes on Sunday when other shops are closed.”

“Never have stock and take far too long at the sales counter I worked for euro as a sale executive at head office Wembley it was never this way in the beginning it feels like the company dont care as they used to i would only recommend as a last resort for these reason and also pricing is not competitive compared”

“AWFUL! Always a queue, last time ordered a click & collect ... 45 minutes waiting until it arrived. Staff don't seem to give a damn and miserable. Shocking management of the business. Go to Screwfix or Toolsation to see how it should be. Not buying from Euro Car Parts again I'm afraid.”

“Ordered a brake light bulb (clear) and an indicator light bulb (orange), clearly 2 different bulbs, different codes and different prices, however the incompetent server gave 2 clear brake light bulbs, taken from the same multipack. when questioned if they were the same, he was adamant they were different. Had to waste another journey to get them exchanged. A detriment to your otherwise good company.”
