“The parts you sell in my experience are of a good quality,the issue I have is with the counter staff who tend to be young in experienced females who have very little if any knowledge of the trade .This of course is not their fault it is the responsibility of the employer to train their employees to a high standard therefore improving confidence and ultimately reducing customer frustrations”
