“The quality of the parts is ok generally. Twice in thd past i have opened an air filter box and found that someone had put an old filter inside sk could not use it. Today I have been to return a filter as the wrong part had been picked for my Internet order from the Chester branch.”

“Very disappointed! Have to pay twice to be able to take my item with me while euro car part kept the money of my first payment until they decide to refund. All because I wasn’t able to collect it within a week after have explained to a young man on the till on the day of my purchase that I would be abroad on my truck working and to please keep it onsite. Totally ignored my request and even if though it was already payed, they’ve cancelled my order and even though the item was still available at the store I was forced to pay for it again if I wanted it with me, for the refund could take up to ten days. This is so upsetting and disgraceful that we as consumers we have the right to pay always straight away when ordering something there is not even right there yet, but the sellers are allowed to keep our money for as long as they want just because they say so. On a digital world where payments happens within seconds this is utterly unacceptable. Euro car part will never ever see my money again, that I can assure! That I know for sure!”

“Went in darlington branch to collect my order was told wiper blades would be extra day so went in next day was told another 4 days . Asked to cancel them was told this was done 4 days later message to say they where ready. Called in even tho i asked to cancel them and they where the wrong 1s anyway. Only 1 member of staff behind the counter so each time was a long wait before got served. Very poor service”

“I purchased parts for my motorcycle and I am happy with them. The shipping, however, is somewhat confusing as there is no particular date and/or time for delivery but a range of days when the delivery can happen. This made me cancel my order by phone and in the meantime the delivery happened!”
