“Very disappointed with euro car parts, needed a indicator cover for my bmw , had to buy the whole unit just to get the cover , don’t sell them separately, cost me £265 , now I’m stuck with a front light unit !!!!!”

“My first order and I was not impressed with the service at the Romford branch. An online order was made for two AutoFinesse products which would be available to collect a few days later. I received a text message in due course confirming that the order was ready and so went to collect. The assistant presented one of the items and said that they couldn't find the second item. Why not? Surely both items would have been in the same place? Another assistant then offered to look. Still couldn't find it. It was then suggested I should re-order. Really?! By this time I had been at the counter for almost 10mins whilst yet another person joined the search. Eventually the second item was found. Clearly not in the place it should have been. How can a simple collection be dealt with so inefficiently.”

“I ordered some 7.5a fuses from Euro. When I got home and looked at them I had got 1 pack of 10a and one of 7.5. No great problem they will come in but not what was ordered hence 4 stars. Everything else was good pleasant staff and good prices”

“Brake pads didn’t fit, even though I put in my no.plate, had to refund, but didn’t get 30% of the correct pads, she wouldn't do an exchange, therefore paid almost £15 more for them, wasn’t happy, especially when it wasn’t my error..”

“My brother Went to collect parts that I reserved online. He Had to wait 45min, very slow service. Got the parts and 15min later got a call saying they made a mistake and gave service parts for another customer. Couldn’t go back immediately as I had other important meeting. Waste of time. Very disappointed”
