“What a shambles! Only two guys on the counter serving and collecting stock from the back. One of which was a trainee! All this on a Saturday afternoon. Queues snaking outside the store at least 6 or 7 people deep, with at least the same amount inside! No issue with the guys on the counter, only doing their best in a very bad situation. This is poor management or cost cutting. Whatever you want to call it, if you have a click and collect order or simply want to buy something from ECP on the weekend and you're prepared to wait an hour, then go for it. Maybe someone needs to remind ECP that we are no longer in covid times and to stop cheaping out on staff! In case they say this was a one off, well it isn't, as this issue has happened quote few times before. Only went reluctantly as they had stock of what I wanted.”

“I ordered 3 items online (Click n Collect) at the end I was told one was out of stock.So I paid and when I picked up my items, I asked about the out of stock and was advised it was, but they held stock of different brands.So bought another brand.Which meant I lost my discount for purchase over £60 as I would just add brake cleaner etc. A liitle ticked off but a lesson lesson learnt.”

“I paid for next day DPD guaranteed 1 hr delivery slot and they sent it standard delivery through Evri and they delivered it 4 days later and left it at the wrong house. If it wasn’t for the fact we needed the battery I would have sent it back. Outrageous ripoff scamming money through false pretences I specifically paid for DPD but they just took the money and sent it through what would have been the free option Evri”
