Found my parts with ease payed for my parts with ease . Then decided to cancel my Order because they decided the promo code they were offering was to cheap !! And said i cant buy them for this price heres a refund !! But we will take your money instantly and give you in back in 7days what a joke

I ordered my parts, the order all went through ok, my money went out of my account. The next day I got an email saying my order was cancelled and I was going to be refunded due to an error with discount codes. I then had to wait 2 days for refund. I personally think once you’ve took my money you should stand by that order due to your mistake!

Having ordered and paid for a full set of brake discs at an amazing deal (or so I thought) I received an email from Euro car parts saying my payment had been sent back to me as they had mistakenly added quite a substantial discount. I have received the payment back into my Bank account, but no brake discs. I accept this was a glitch in your system but feel it should have been honoured.

Bought a battery, got a great deal and then it got cancelled 2 days later as price not correct, that's not my fault. Poor customer service

Place an order but then receive an email saying its all cancelled as a system error with pricing. Bearing i mind it was paid for at the price on website. No very good service at all

Just as I arrived at the local store to collect parts I received a message to say that your website had an error with the pricing. You cancelled the order. No call or email to ask if I wanted to pay the new price. Spoke to someone in store that then ordered a different brake pad and I had to go back again the next morning. Done this, took it too my mechanic who said it was the wrong type. Had to take it back the next day and the type I needed was actually the one I first ordered. Took me days from start to finish just to buy brakepads.

Terrible customer service for something that was clearly Euro Car Part's mistake. A really unpleasant experience and I will take my custom elsewhere in future.

Order a brake caliper and brake fluid the price I paid was a great price, next they phone to say we can’t honor that price, for that reason I will Not shop with euro car parts ever again,

Didn't honor the price I paid and refunded me my money, as they sold it to me at the wrong price online! Rang me next morning saying there's been an error with the pricing and cancelled it, they wanted an extra £50, went to collect and luckily I checked the item and it was damaged and they reduced it back down to nearly what I originally paid! I think you should have honoured the price originally in the first place

I paid for parts online and the next day when I wanted to collect them, my order was cancelled and the reason was not explained. I was told that I will receive an email with the reason explained but I didn't see this either. A refund was requested without my knowledge because I received an email which shows this, I could not reply to any emails either. I have bought parts from eurocarparts many many times and this was the first time this has happened to me which was absolutely ridiculous.

You cancelled my order on the day it was due to be delivered yet took my money and haven't returned it. So basically you've stolen from me and then over a week later asked for a review. Literally worst company I've ever dealt with.

1st order paid online. Cancelled as they had a pricing error. 2nd order when collecting they couldn't find all the parts.i had to insist I didn't have all the parts. When the back office staff walk by and see a big queue they should step in sooner to assist. Usually a great service the staff are friendly enough.

Are you f.... kidding me? Review. Because of discount which was automatically applied by the system i was informed that all my 7 orders are cancelled, and till today I did not recived all of my money. Scammers. It was not mistake, someone set up this discount in the system, and as a customer I don't care who's fault it was. Fortunately there is few other car parts company in UK. After 11 years of using this orders were last I have placed.

Ordered parts online to collect in store, utilising a £75 off deal. Received confirmation and no other correspondence. Drove 60 minute round trip only to be told that there was an online error and they wouldn't honour my purchase. Would have been fine if they told me in the 12 hours between ordering and collecting.
