“I had a bad experience unfortunately. I had to redo my order after an issue with an error online. The automated email I received told me to call up to sort it out but when I phoned I was told that they couldn’t help. Don’t ask me to ring then. When I did my order myself again online I they attempted to deliver when I was in the house but where unable to knock load enough to alert me or my dog who would normally bark.”

“Placed an order with discounts. Few days later was notifed it was returned when I hadn't requested it. No explanation. Had to do live chat to find out that their website applied too many discounts so that's why it was returned. Poor quality to return with no explanation.”
