“in typical ECP style, i make my order late on the monday, expect my order to be processed tuesday, i can't select any other delivery system than standard (3-4 Working days) both items in stock and after not recieving any information on the where abouts of my order and somehow i have to wait until the following tuesday, contact customer support who try to contact branch manager (which can take upto 24hrs for reply?!) to which i hear nothing back from the branch and magically it get's delivered at 5pm on the tuesday. This has happened to me a while ago too when i ordered items IN STOCK again, ordered items on the saturday and forgot some items so ordered them on the sunday (paid for next day delivery for both too btw) to which somehow my sunday order comes on tuesday, yet my saturday order comes on the friday? if it's not in stock and you're not going to collect it in person, euro car parts are really not worth the effort.”

“Items sought were available but were pricey and I had to spray the caps for them to fit my car, despite the matching colours (black) being available on the website, so I spent more to get the side mirrors fixed/ replaced.”

“My part that I wanted didn’t have Click and collect anywhere so I had to have it delivered which was an extra cost of nearly £4.00, it said delivery would be 3-4 working days and it took a week for me to get my part. I’m not happy with the service at all.”

“Very poor. Ordered nearly 2 weeks ago and still not received my order. My tracking number isn't recognised by the evri website and I have had no communication from euro car parts or evri. I have to wait 15 days from purchase date to initiate a charge back with credit card company which I'll definitely be doing. Absolute disgrace of a company. I will NEVER purchase from them again; online or in store. I can't comment on delivery time or condition of my order as Ive yet to receive my order. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
