“i purchased egr cleaner and broke cleaner for some maintenance work on my car Euro car parts offered these items at the best price and were simple to order on their website which i opted for click and collect. My items were ready for collection in half an hour and the staff at my collection point were very helpful and polite. I always get a good deal at Euro car parts and recomend them highly.”

“I was told my order would be ready on a set date from a set time. Luckily I couldnt collect at this time and had to delay pick up. When I arrived at store nobody was at the till. I waited for a few mins, then had tp call out ans say hello. When the guy arrived he came across as being very uninterested, he aid "they are juat gwtting it ready for you now" which seemed odd given i had been told it wojld be ready 24 hours earlier. He rhen wrn on to serve someone else who came in after me because they only 1 item. When he had collected everything (id been in store about 20 mins by this point) he said there was an issue with one of the oils. I questioned this as the last info I had was that it would be ready for collection on the stated time and date. Id had no communication to say there was a delay, yet if I had of collected the day i was originally told it would be ready it would not have been in store. I was then given a bunch of parts and no way to identify which of the parts were for which car. (I ordered parts for 2 cars. I had to use Google to find this info out ans even then it was vague but it allowed me to establish what parts were for what car.”

“Cant not love Euro Car Parts it is so easy to use. My bulb has blown so I typed my registration number in and I was able to select from compatible parts. It arrived next morning. Great prices too.”

“Order a widow winder for a citroen c5x7 and was told that it is the right one for the citroen paid to have it fitted it was the wrong one rang euro told them it was for a BMW i was then told that was the only one that's available sent it back when I used euro for the past few years I never had any problems when I went in the shop Order on phone is not working for me a”
