“Part arrived covered in scuffs and marks with damaged packaging. Have tried processing the return/refund a few times but was unsuccessful due to your website crashing repeatedly. I have then decided to visit one of your stores to sort the return but that was also a complete failure as your systems were down over the weekend. So... you should do better”

“I have ordered parts from them for many years, but my recent order for brake discs were disappointing, my wife took them in from the delivery driver, I got home to find the box damaged and unsealed. I opened the box to find a rusty set of discs, which had obviously been used on another vehicle, called the number to speak to the branch in Ipswich, but got through to someone in Coventry, told them the problem and they said call the branch and they will collect them same day. I rang Ipswich branch and tried getting them to collect them on the same day, but they said they couldn't or the following day but was told that wouldn't be possible. I rang them later that day to tell them I would be taking them back to the Ipswich branch on the following morning, they then called me the folliwing morning as I was leaving home to arrange a time to collect, lack of relaying information and messages clearly. Took them into the branch and the staff member was amazed how the state of the discs were in the box, he gave me a refund to my card I paid them on.”

“Whilst ordering parts is easy on the website it’s a complete nightmare to collect at my local branch. Always a long Queue and only ever one member of staff serving. What’s the point of click and collect when you’re stuck behind numerous people not knowing what part they need and asking for assistance. Need to be 2 member of staff available on the counter and one dedicated for click and collect !”

“Took £700 for 2 brake discs, supplied one which was incorrect (their fault) then cancelled the other one because they couldn't supply it without telling me. 2 weeks later car still awaiting discs and they still have my money and no apology for the disruption this is causing. The problem occurred because they listed my parts incorrectly on their website. They have now changed the listing and can supply them but they are more expensive. A decent company would talk to the customer, explain the situation and come to some arrangement but no. Do everything you can to buy parts elsewhere, there are some far better suppliers these days thank the lord....”
