“I needed some brake pads for my car. Using your website I entered the car's registration number and the site came up with the correct details of the car make, model and year. I ordered the pads the site identified and the pads were delivered quickly. Unfortunately they were not the correct pads for the car. I then had to make a 34 mile round trip to return the pads for a refund.”

“Correct parts, but extremely disorganised branch in parts collection process. Spent good 40mins for my parts to be brought to counter and to be called to the collection area although I could see my parts on the counter, when gave up waiting, approached myself and collected immediately as there was no other customers in front of me. Why does it take them so long to bring an online order? I placed an order on Friday, collected MONDAY, they falsely marked as collected Saturday. BAD experience. My order clearly was not ready for collection it had to be picked up after I turned up to collect it!”

“I ordered a Couple of Number plate lights and got a Collection date for the next Day , Called in the Next Day to be told sorry they wont be here to the Next Day a Problem with the system . No biggie as i only live Half a mile from the store and it was Not a problem for me . The Guy at the Counter could not have been anymore Apoligetic it was not his Fault .Will shop again at this Store”
