“Easy to deal with and excellent pricing. I was able to order what I wanted on line in the evening, for collection the next day. On arrival there was plenty of parking, the premises were bright and clean and I was attended to promptly. Very happy customer”

“Only giving this because one out of the two members of staff was trying to be helpful or even trying to provide a service. The other including the staff that bring out the goods from the back, they so far act abrupt, arrogant, unhelpful and clearly don't seem to enjoy the job.”

“Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong type of bulb in my click‑and‑collect order. However, one of your staff members quickly helped me sort this out in store, which I really appreciated. It’s also great to see more staff on the shop floor, as this really helps minimise waiting times. I’ll definitely be returning my custom to Euro Car Parts.”

“Did my order on line says 3-5 delivery order never showed after 5 days had to ring local branch to chase the order was told things were missing that’s why I had not not received it but was told I would receive Monday Monday came no delivery of parts Rang local branch again was told half the order had been delivered this had never happened after a long conversation it was delivered around 1630 with a filter missing I had to go to store to get the missing item I have use euro car parts for years but this is the last time I will be ordering from this company Shocking customer service from everyone I spoke to”

“I bought oil, oil filter and air filter. I put my car reg no and i found few air filter below i chose one of them which after didnt fit in my car. Swift 2007, later i had to refund that air filter and I got my money back in my account but tbh it wasted my time. Otherwise everything was quick and perfect.”

“Stop asking me for a review when you have not even sent out the product yet (encroaching on two weeks late) and have caused me to loose money on cancelling an appointment and have left me with a car without a sill which I have done the prep work for in an anticipation for the arrival”
