“I paid extra for a next day delivery of a battery that was in stock. The battery didnt arrive, had to call support to be told the battery is not in stock and not sure when it can now be delivered. Cancelled order and found a more truthful company elsewhere.”

“Unfortunately was totally unhappy, I've ordered some parts for my car , got the message to pick up coz order was ready for collection, I didn't go straight away, was there the second day after it was ready and they told me one of the items ordered can't be found so I was given a refund Now honestly I got the message to pickup the order,You book with the mechanic shop to do the work, you go after one day just to be shure items are there and you don't have everything. The work can't be completed, unless you go somewhere else to buy so you don't lose the booking with the mechanic . Why you trick ppl like that We rely on your service and now I'm totally disappointed, will spread the word about this Will not trust you again”

“There ol as a company but order online for pic up says next day then once paid there not ready for 3 days. They also dont seam to have set parts for cars I.e like break shoes for cars and wish bones set cars dont have. Be prepared to have to wait for parts and rember you may have to shop around for basic generic parts for vehicles”
