“A good range of parts at reasonable prices and an excellent delivery service. The brake discs and pads that I purchased recently appear to be good quality- though only time will tell. I will be using Euro Car Parts again.”

“I ordered an electric fan. Went in at 9am on the collection day as instructed and was told that it had been returned due to an error in ordering. I subsequently asked for a full refund but was told it would have to wait until the replacement had come into store to be then cancelled so a refund could be issued. Not impressed.”

“Despite ordering specific parts for my car, every part that came was not suitable for my car, they were for a different model, I have a day for wrong ones to be picked up and returned, hoping it's an easy return and a full refund will be issued swiftly”

“Prompt delivery.Reasonable price. Ordered on line however chose them over Amazon because the store was not that far away to return product if incorrect part. It was correct and fitted my Ford Focus 2005 model. So far so good. Cheaper than the Manufacturers part. I will use Europarts again.”

“Great friendly service from the guys at Falkirk branch. Also click and collect just as convenient as Amazon and good prices too on an unusual purchase, an oscillating fan. Brilliant in the heatwave for cooling down the caravan. Top tip - put it beside an open window and it draws the cooler air in from outside.”
