“Phoned up and spoke to an adviser he suggested a part different from the one I had seen on line. When I quered this I was told that this was the correct one for my car, so I ordered the part. When fitting the part it was to big and did not fit, so took it back and it was replaced with another type which matched the one I had just taken off. Good service but I was annoyed that it cost me 2 hrs and petrol taking the wrong one back. But also can you trust what your looking at on line.”

“Ordered a roof rack for next working day delivery. It didn’t arrive. Gave it a few days. Nothing. Called the local store to enquire and was told that the item wasn’t in stock! Then why take payment? No offer of a solution, had to ask for a refund that still hasn’t arrived. Just not good enough.”

“To collect just one item and spent in ecp more than half a hour? Must be joke. Guy by till was struggling with printer constantly on phone with manager trying to repair that printer. God bless him that guy. He was very patient and very nice to customers. I have very same exoeriences from others ecp so Dear Euro car parts team there is something wrong I think.”

“There is never any parking as your vans are in the customer spaces making it very difficult to collect orders. The colleagues who serve on the desk never seem happy, I was greeted with a ‘yep’ rather than a hello how are you. Basic changes would make me use you more than your competitors who do have easy parking and happier staff.”

“Ordered two items on click and collect but my local branch lost one of them in the stock room so I could only collect one. I could hear the staff saying “I saw that come in. It’s somewhere. Tell him it hasn’t arrived””

“Ordered and collected a starter motor. On opening to fit iwe noticed it was an old dirty Starter motor in the box. Sadly I had to return it ass it was not what it should have been. Staff apologised and refunded though now my repair is running a week late as we have had to reorder. Not great.”

“First part I purchased was a oil switch..had it fitted, WRONG PART.. TOTALLY NO KNOWLEDGE OF ENGINES..(WOULD BE HELPFUL IF EVEN SPOKE FLUENT ENGLISH..)..THEN ORDERED OIL..FFS .don't say in stock then give me wrong kind..and tell me ITS ALL THE SAME..”
