“I purchased a pair of lower arms for my daughter's car. They were the incorrect item, as unbeknown to anyone there were 2 different types for the same car. Spoke to the sales team and I had them changed and on the car within an hour. Exceptionally helpful and the counter staff helped tremendously.”

“A great company to deal with. Their parts stock is wide and varied - if you have a car they have the parts for it! As for sourcing your parts, it couldn't be simpler, the website is a breeze to navigate, and just look at those prices ... highly competitive and cheaper than e-bay. “I bought a car battery, and when I went to pick it up, your assistant did not ask for my car registration to confirm the correct battery. As a result, I was given the wrong one. This isn’t the first time I've also previously been given the wrong rear car wiper. Please address this issue.”
