“Ordered an item, received confirmation it would be ready to collect at 9am the following morning only to arrive & the item not be there. Told they'll be able to get it in 4 days later. Terrible service. Unreliable.”

“Purchased one headlight kit, lady at the desk seemed very flustered was left waiting for a very long time. Someone else came and took over, got the kit off the shelf and handed to me even after it had been reserved online and was supposedly the last one left in stock. What is the point in reserving items if someone else can purchase?”

“Ordered my items on the App. Then when notified that my goods were ready to collect, when straight over to collect. Unfortunately when I got home I realised I had ordered the incorrect filters. When back to store and staff member was brilliant and very helpful in exchanging filters and ensuring I had the correct filters. Very knowledgeable staff and so helpful. 10 out of 10 for the Ferryboat Lane, Sunderland store. Thank you.”
