“Worst euro car part experience yet. Normally all good. But the Que went to the door and didn’t move quickly. 1 guy serving, collecting and dispensing all parts. 6 employees sat in office doing nothing, chatting. Very poorly managed, and I felt sorry for the employee behind the desk. Give yourself plenty of time when collected ordered parts if using this place”

“Convenient and Available Parts - said 48hr collection and came on time , Easter weekend caused long delays for all other online orders via courier . Price was v. good too diesel alternator £90 , not usually case ! It fit and went in no problem .”

“I ordered a solar panel battery trickle charger online for home delivery. It was quoted as 3-4 working days delivery so should have arrived before Good Friday. When it still hadn’t arrived by 9th April I called the customer service number on a couple of occasions but the phone wasn’t being answered. So I had to drive to the branch (Poole) which was due to be doing the delivery to enquire in person. They initially said it was not to do with them as it was an online order through head office. However when I showed them the tracking details showing it was due to be delivered from that branch they checked again and found my package and paperwork. They explained that there had been some sort of IT issue but surely if there are customer parts sitting on the shelf for that long with the required name and delivery address maybe that should prompt some action. Who knows what would’ve happened if I hadn’t taken my own action to retrieve the delivery?”

“Very easy to collect my order from the store. Mini wanted £60 for a pair of wiper blades. I saved £28 buying the wiper blades off Europarts and I fitted them in 10 minutes. Bosch blades seem better than the original Mini ones. Great result!”

“The service was terrible the assistant behind the counter who served me could see I was struggling to carry brake discs and open the door never offered to help then outside I was checking the parts a driver couldn't wait so she pulled next to my car so I couldn't get in”

“Ordered 2 parts on line, both showed in stock. Went to collect they had only one of the parts, they said it would be ordered and ready to collect tomorrow. Went to collect the following day, they said sorry, it's not been ordered but will be in tomorrow. Returned next day and the wrong part has been ordered, so had a refund. Very poor service.”
