“I had ordered on 5th of August and cancelled the order on 17th of August between that I visited Swindon Euro car parts store 4 occasion every time there would be one or two item missing my collection was never ready that’s is really poor and service in the end I had to cancel the whole order. I will never be ordering or buying anything from your car park very disappointed service.”

“I only needed to collect a part I had ordered online - but was left waiting to be served for 20 minutes, there were plenty of staff wandering around, but only one on the desk serving - highly frustrating when on my 30 minute lunch - it should have been a 5 minute pop in to collect - probably won't go there again”

“Ordered 2 small items for collection. It took 25 minutes from when I arrived to when my order was ready - the advisor even marked my order as collected prior to me actually receiving it. When I did get it handed to me, I was told the leather cleaner I ordered was out of stock and had been substituted for a glass cleaner. I didn't order glass cleaner, so I asked the advisor if there was another leather cleaner brand and they brought me back a bottle of car lather shampoo. I understand that the advisor probably just read the word "leather" wrong, however my experience for what should be a very simple pickup was poor and I would have to think twice about ordering from Euro Car Parts in the future.”

“Was given the wrong brake pads even though I had ordered the right ones (Sheffield Hillsborough branch). Found out too late, all stripped down and had to put it back together so I could drive to a different branch near Wales (Rotherham)to swap.”

“Recently bought a parking sensor from euro car parts and was pleased with the service I had on collection of the part. I was able to go through a check with the staff member when I picked the part up just to double check we had the correct fit for my vehicle. It all looked ok and we were happy to proceed. The part fitted to car perfectly and the parking sensors are now working again. Good price good quality part and friendly staff. Thanks Dave.”

“On opening the box at home found that items were missing from what should be there, I subsequently returned the box and awaited the arrival of a new box which hadn’t been tampered with. Not encouraging for my first purchase from this particular outlet.”
