“This service was so good it shocked me! Needed a pressure washer. Went online at 8.32am and saw a great price. Bought it. Doorbell rang at 10.26am and there was the pressure washer…I thought I’d lost a day somehow!”

“I ordered an item, which did not say it was out of stock. I receive a phone call some time later saying they didn't have the product anywhere, so they were going to refund me (fair enough) I wait over a week for the money to return, it does not. So I have to chase up with the branch, who then tell me I need to ring HQ in order to get my refund. HQ apologise, and say they will refund me after it goes through their cashier department. Even though the item is out of stock everywhere, even to this day, I can still see it as available on their website. Sort it out.”
