“Supplied Reg Number vehicle type 3 axles , that part didn’t equate to any vehicle listed , parts supplied were wrong ( front discs ) after returning wrong discs was supplied corrected parts albeit 40 pounds more .Not staff fault goods given what “ computer “ said.Service was excellent .Of course no recompense for extra 40 miles travelled.”

“It would be very difficult to leave a review as you haven't yet delivered it. you claim to have refunded the postage, I haven't seen that either. And as for giving me the runaround on your service number for an hour I get paid more than £30 an hour for working as hard as that. Euro car parts was my favorite supplier but no more.”

“I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Euro Car Parts. I placed and paid for an order online which included a discount that was clearly advertised as being exclusive to online purchases. I received all the confirmation emails and went to the store to collect my parts, only to be told at the counter that they would not honour the price I had already paid. The staff member’s response was simply that the parts were “too cheap” and that he couldn’t let them go at that price despite the fact that the order had been completed and paid for in full. I was then left without the parts I had already purchased and with no proper resolution offered. This completely defeats the purpose of ordering online and undermines trust in the pricing and ordering system. If a price is shown, paid for, and confirmed, it should be honoured. Wasting a customer’s time like this after they’ve already paid and travelled to collect is unacceptable. Very poor customer service and a frustrating experience from start to finish. I won’t be relying on them again.”

“I needed a new battery urgently as my wife’s car had broken down at work, I put the registration number in on the website and it came up with several batteries, but the only one that was in stock at my nearest branch was the most expensive, so to get it fixed quickly I selected that one. My wife had taken my car, so I messaged her to go and pick up the new battery only to be told it wasn’t available and it would be in the following day, I contacted customer service and they were very helpful, hence three stars, on fitting the new battery it was an inch longer than the one and have to stretch the cable to get it to fit, all in all not very happy!”
