“Placed and collected order for service parts fine, came to do the work and realised half way through the work they had given me the wrong spark plugs. Had to reassemble the car and drive back over there to exchange them, which they did without issue ,but when I got home and commenced with the work I realised they had given me the wrong parts again a second time…… Honestly, once is a mistake, twice is just poor…..”

“I went to eurocarparts to pick up parts for my car they were not the parts I needed when I called the service was good and was told I could return them. When I priced up the correct parts I was surprised to find they were double the price. I got them elsewhere. Every time I look at eurocarparts there prices are not that great so don’t bother buying anything so I will return them and won’t be using them again”

“One star from this first time customer and one simple reason. Stop rewarding Evri with contracts to deliver your customer goods. My items remained at an Evri depot for seven days so I gave up, sought a refund and closed my account. Why businesses use the UK’s worst performing parcel courier is totally beyond me. Whilst responsibility lies with Evri and not Euro Car Parts, I need a seamless and efficient service and your choice of deliverer simply fails to fulfil its purpose year after year.”
