“Ordered a Tyre blackner and 8days after order still not available to collect. Travelled to the pick up store twice 2days apart yet no success. No message or apologies for the delay. The ordering service is at best unreliable and I wont be buying from them anymore. Hope my review helps the next buyer make a better choice.”

“Very happy with the brakes I ordered. However, I feel it's wrong to list brake discs as coming in boxes of 2 but listing the price of 1 and insisting they are bought in 2s. Why not list the the price for 2 to start with?”

“When I was in europarts store for collection I ask to that guy to duble chick this parts is fitted to my car give him my car REG and he said yes it's fitted in my car when I try to replace I find it's not fit to my car it's shame”

“Most recent purchase was a Coleman 15ltr Cooler box, which we've only used once but was perfect for keeping our beers and wine cold at the beach. ECP are always quick, staff pleasant and helpfull and the prices are good. If parts are not in stock it's usually the next day.”

“2 tills, cue out the door and one person serving. To add to that, he was too busy chatting with the guy he knew at the front while other customers where waiting. I walked out without purchasing and took my business elsewhere and will do in the future. Unacceptable customer service”
