“The man at the shop in carnage park was very unending and obviously didnt want to be there. I will say you have a great range of products and great prices. A shame about the attitude of your staff .”

“Online service fair but customer service in the shop is horrendous. Nothing to do with staff working in the shop though. The ECP at Southall in London is understaff and wait to the tilt or to pick up your goods counts in long minutes. One tilt and 14 people queuing. At the dispatch 4 customers waiting outside in the rain while only 1 person servings.”

“received email advising item would be ready for collection, went to collection depot to be told item was not there, a computer upgrade was taking place, no prior notification, no warning on the website, was told maybe in the next day, called helpline to check to be told the person on the phone was not in the depot I wanted and could not check, drove to the depot again, to be told it was not in......then one of the staff asked someone to check the warehouse and there it was............terrible service/ communication”

“Ordered a cleaning brush for collection and whilst there discussed a replacement battery for my campervan. Told him my minimum requirements and he offered up a battery with these requirements at a very good price. Happily carried the battery to my van.”
