“Only used once. Ordered online on a Sunday for collection. Items in stock (glow plugs) and in enough numbers. Order ready to collect by 9.30am on Monday morning. Efficient,prompt and polite service on collection. This was Grantham branch.”

“Terrible , ordered click and collect with plan to pick up the next day , email said that my item would be ready after 9am , got there at 9.30 waited 10 minutes, then told the guy how long is it going to be as it was click and collect and I had been there 10 minutes already , anyway 5 minutes later the item came out , but all the while I could hear a man and a woman talking it what could be a back office , terrible , slow and la staff ,I won't go there again , I will buy from anywhere else .”
