“Purchased my part online. Went to the Preston store the following day to pick up part (light couster) and the inside module was missing. They apologised and said I would receive a refund. It’s been 8 days, still no refund and I’ve been given a customer service number in London Thats no one answers. Will not use euro parts again.”

“An outstanding service. Firstly, had what I expected to be an unusual battery in stock at my local branch. Second, a great price compared to main dealer quote. Third, the fastest delivery ever - I had opted for delivery because of the weight. It was at my door less than 90 minutes after I placed the order. Have had takeaway food delivered slower than that! Highly recommend Euro Car Parts, well done.”
