“Online ordering service is shocking!!! Put my reg in, options came up, ordered what I thought was for my car….WRONG!!! All discs and pads wrong!! Apparently new system is not working properly and suggests all wrong items!! USELESS!!”

“Parts are reasonable, but the service is so poor. One guy is taking an order and he’s going back to the warehouse to pick it up, prepare yourself when you go to Eurocar part, you will spend one hour”

“Extremely disappointed with Eurocarparts sevice, on the 23rd September I placed a order for 2 Volvo 440 Klarius rear silencers Code 705660281 and placed the order online and paid by debit card, as being unwell at the time I could'nt make it to the Wakefield branch which I have used before. I needed one to get the car through it's M.O.T and have the other for our second 440. The order was confirmed and payment made and a order received which was great news. The following day I received a email titled no-reply from Eurocarparts informing me a refund would be made and one confirming it had. There was no explanation for this refund which I find very peculliar and still to this day those items are stilled listed on Eurocarparts web page at the same price but for some reason only known by Eurocarparts themselves I cannot have thses 2 items even though I had paid for them. Its very off putting to have dealt with a company for many years to be treated in this manner. After placing this order I was going to follow on by ordering parts for our suzuki swift but have now lost faith in ever receiving any parts. Which is a shame Eurocarparts and its customer service were quite highly regarded by myself and family members.”
