“The first time I visited the Que was by the door 1 member off staff working,the waiting time was over half an hour this was not good for me as I had kids in the car,the lady was very helpful and apologetic tho. Second time I went the Que was out the door and was told that 2 members of staff working weekends but again only 1 this waiting time was minimum 40 mins which again is not great,again staff member was helpful”

“Bought some coilovers and they wouldn't let me return them due to them being tested/used. They are dangerous and asked for a refund and got refused. Poor customer satisfaction.”

“customer service lady is fantastic. Just be careful where you park in Harold hill branch as there's not much parking and even though it's a business park, parking tickets are dished out like confetti! Yet another cash cow with ambiguous signage that basically says we can ticket you for anything other than parking in one of the very few bays for the particular store you're using. Most of them are taken up by Euro parts vans.”

“price on the part was double the price of everywhere else butI required on the same day so had to pay the price. When I went to collect(click and collect) they said it was not in branch despite the email saying order was ready to collect 😡 ended up having to go back the following day to collect the part which meant I lost 2 days work due to their incompetent in keeping their stock levels correct 😡 WILL NOT BE USING EURO CAR PARTS AGAIN!!!”

“Sadly, 'new' disc pads were in an open, dirty box, absolutely fithy and greasy, obviously returned after an attempted fitting. Appeared undamaged, so degreased them as I needed to get the job done. Would normally refuse items in such poor condition. Euro Car Parts usually pretty good, although overworked young man on his own can hardly keep pace in the shop.”

“WARNING to Renault Captur owners...windscreen wipers....I dont think it is Europarts that deserve such a low rating from me...I purchased replacement blades made by Boschat the Maidstone branch, and they had them in stock. The box indicated that I had the correct part but none of the choice of 4 fittings within the box provided fitted my Renault Captur, even though the outside of the box indicated that it would, as did the instruction leaflet inside the box. I took them to my local garage mechanic, he knew immediately that the problem is not with Europart - but Europart should have known that they were supplying stuff that wouldnt work. The staff were spot on, and cheerful. Now I will have to return them and get my money back and go to a Renault agent who are the only suppliers of windscreen wippers for a 2016 Renault Captur - fellow owners take note!”
