“Customer service was appalling. Queue of customers with only one person serving. I asked if there was anyone else that could help and was told, no. I was eventually served after waiting an hour. If I hadn’t paid online I would have left. 2 customers ahead of me both ordered online to be told there was no stock at the depot despite the system telling them otherwise. Customer parking spaces also taken up by staff cars. Will not shop at this place again.”

“I bought a fuel can which leaked fuel as soon as it was filled, called to get a replacement and was told I must have overfilled by a dismissive and unhelpful staff member who suggested I bring a leaking fuel can back to the site of purchase, I reused as this would endanger myself and staff on site. I did offer to send pictures by email but this was also refused.”

“I didn't receive part on time slot given, so it was wasted journey first occasion. Also branch serving very slow, very long queue and waiting time. No decent parking for customers all company vans dumped infront of site. One person on desk to deal number of people it Didn't look very professional, need lot of improvement to serve customers better way thanks”

“I was really disappointed with my experience. I had ordered a collection however due to a computer upgrade at eurocarparts my order wasn’t on the system. I had an email to prove I had placed the order. The order had even been picked already - it had been cleared off since picking. I had used a discount code which could no longer be applied. The shop assistant couldn’t apply a new discount but endeavoured to sort it for me. Unfortunately after two phone calls he was left on hold. I had already been in the shop for 40 minutes at this point and with no idea how long the hold was going to be I left without the items I had ordered. A large waste of my time. The assistant was great given the circumstances but not empowering them to make these kinds of decisions seems silly.”

“I wouldn't go back. Put my reg number and ordered wipers only to find out they didn't fit my car. When I brought them back to change them he told me it was my fault even though I followed instructions and entered my reg so what was the point when im told its still my fault”

“Having used Euro Car parts in the past and been satisfied with the experience I decided to order again when I needed a replacement battery. Item ordered online for collection as it was easier Saturday and confirmation email received I set off on my 14 mile round trip. Arriving at the store I was informed that due to a computer update that day no orders could be placed and that even though I had received a confirmation email my order could not and would be processed. I was asked to return on Tuesday after the bank holiday. Consequently I went elsewhere to purchase my battery. I'll definitely think twice about using Euro Car Parts in future.”

“Ordered parts for collection at the Farnborough Hawley Lane store. ECP had a Easter 25% promotion on at the time. I received email confirming parts were ready for collection so I went to the store to pay. I was told there was a system issue and their internal system could not match the easter discount and I as the customer should call customer services to get them to apply the discount despite the fact that Customer service don't work weekends. I showed the staff the confirmation email and they just said theres nothing they could do. Very poor service and attitude from Farnborough store. I didn't buy the parts in the end.”

“I live very close to Euro Car parts but avoid as even a click and collect order means lots of waiting in the branch to be served. They didn't disappoint, ordered a battery and wipers over Easter. Was told the wipers would be delayed till the Easter Monday, which was fine. Confirmation email told me to collect parts 9.30am on Monday. Arrived promptly on Monday, only one other customer but still waited 10 +mins to be served, only to be told my order wasn't complete. No apology, no acknowledgement that the email told me to come at this time to collect, took the urgent parts from the order and will return for the other parts. Raised issue via Facebook, no response.....”

“Click and collected and got there no qué waited 15 minutes and then got told I needed to pay again, I showed I paid and had to wait 10 mins for them to prove it even though email proof said I'd paid”
