“My experience is that ECP always act as I would expect from any competent retailer. However, this is surprisingly rare...so well played ECP. Hoddesdon branch people are polite, professional...and even have a sense of humour. Basic stuff really...but not always found in the motor trade...so 5/5 is deserved.”

“I've used euro car parts a lot over the years and always found the prices to be competative and the bangor staff are very helpfull. Its quick and easy to use the online order system. The reason I'm not giving this a five star review is the customer support - chatbot just drives you round in a loop of frustration. The local branch number is listed but it always goes through to the main automated selection thing that usually leads you back to the frustrating chatbot and FAQ section. This is one of the worst customer interfaces I've ever used. I know the local branch would have an answer in second if only I could contact them directly.”

“I bought a Audura 030 Car Battery, unfortunately it doesn't exactly fit in the place in a Lexus IS250 2009. It is slightly taller than what it should be (about 5mm). I now have to sort out an addon to bridge the rear rod and the top bracket as the car would most likely fail an MOT as it is. I had little choice but to take the battery and drive off as it was a Saturday when I collected it with no other potential alternatives in sight over the weekend and I had work commute on the following Monday, but that doesn't change the fact the instruction on the website stating the battery fits my car model is wrong. Please update your information.”

“Bought Karcher pressure washer on line as it was a nice discount. Six days later an email received suggesting this was "non stocked item" and some special order team would see if they could source it. 2 days later I received notification that my refund request had been received and was being processed and an email telling me the item could not be provided. I went on the website again and they are still marketing it as for sale. Very disappointing.”
