“Ordered and paid for 2 electric boot struts and the receipt stated both would be ready for collection the following afternoon at my local store. I turned up then to.collect both.but was told they only had one and their nearest outlet with any stock was 200 miles away. I asked if it could be sent overnight so I could pick it up the next day. I was told that was impossible as it would have to.be routed through 2 other locations They offered to text me when it arrived if I wrote down my mobile number for them. One week later, after hearing nothing, I called in and was told that it had arrived. They apologised for not letting me know and said that occured because they lost the piece of paper. However, the receipt and the collection confirmation of the strut I had collected both displayed.my.mobile number - so it must have been accessible on their system. Because of this delay, I had to reschedule my booking with a local garage to exchange the struts.”

“Very pleased with the price I paid for new wiper blades. Easy to order online for local collection. The representative at the service desk was friendly and helpful. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the delay in queuing at the collection desk. No reflection on the member of staff who was excellent but needs more than 1 person serving.”

“Ive always found eurocarparts excellent service and have used them for many years for my car part needs. I normally order online and collect when ready, sometimes the wait at the counter can be rather long but ive mainly found that at the smaller but busier branches.”
