“Ordered online for collection, while in store, staff said he can't add the online discount, and said it will long for order to be processed, if I didn't pay at the counter without online discount. Ended up waiting for 20mins to get my order. This day and age, the processed ordering parts ,needs to be way faster.”

“I purchased 2 items for collection with the order being placed on Sunday evening and noting that the retail counter would hold the items for 7 working days and that they work Monday to Saturday meant that I had until Monday the following week to collect the items. Reminders received a few days later confirmed I had until the Monday to collect the items. I turned up on the Monday to find orders for the items had been cancelled at the start of business that day. The only options given were to go away and reorder on line or place the order again at the retail counter at a higher price. I took the latter as it was the only way to get the items when I needed them. They have processed the refunds for the original lower price, but done nothing by way of refunding the additional cost of the items. Nor have they accepted that when they say the items are available for 7 working days that this means they will still be available on the 7th working day. Very poor service, misleading terms.”

“Very easy to order online with a stock check for my local Euro Car Parts, I can then either pay on line or pay when I collect. Good value and for me I was able to collect immediately which was ideal, the staff member was very friendly and helpful. I will happily buy from them again :)”
