“Whilst ordering the Caravan step was easy and the fact that my order was ready to collect in good time, there appears to be an issue that you need to communicate with your customers. The issue of parking apparently is well known but not to those of us who are first time customers. When we arrive to collect our goods, there was no room in the customer car park. As my satnav took us to the end of the industrial park, we could be liable to a parking fine. I believe it was a member of stuff who came in to the pick up point and announced it to several customers who had to wait far too long to collect their order. As a result of this, I will probably not shop with your company at this location again. Hence the three stars and not five stars for my review. I would really like to hear your comments regarding this because if the information I was given is true quite a few of your customers have received parking fines just for picking up their orders. I think you’ll agree that this is totally and utterly unfair. I welcome your comments?”
