“Parts were ordered on line against my cars registration number, the site clearly assessed the correct parts, rejecting a number of unsuitable options. I arranged collection from a store; notification of the parts was very quick and were there waiting when I arrived. No fuss, no bother, just friendly service.”

“Good service by Euro Car Parts. However the induction hob we bought from them could be better as not good for simmering (eg sauces) as the heat settings are either 90 (too low) or 120 (too high)”

“Never been in Europarts and there has not been a long queue. I wanted to order online due to codes and was told I could but it would take 30 mins to fulfill the order which is unsatisfactory. Also wrong part provided dispute number plate given which caused issues.”

“Shocking service advertised stock to be collected by 4pm on that day than say it’s coming from Tamworth the main distribution centre 4 days later, than say u can not cancel until product arrives in store, I cancel via PayPal lucky enough stay well clear of this two bob company”

“A great selection of car and can parts. Found damaged wiper blades on my Fiat Ducato, just 12 hours before going on holiday. Euro car parts were able to supply new blades which i collected and fitted all under 2 hours. Great service and they saved my holiday.”

“Terrible terrible terrible. First delivery went missing second drop still not fully with me. In the end I’ve taken what I had back as the parts don’t fit. Cheap quality parts that don’t fit. It’s cost me time and money with my work vehicle down waiting for this poor outfit and their poor couriers to deliver. Delivered the parts back myself jabbing borrowed a vehicle to be told a refund will be 5working days. I’d not trust them to supply me screen wash and air freshener again”
