“My recent purchase left me quite disappointed. I ordered a new battery on line which was due into store within 24hrs. I had no email to collect so I called at the Cannock store to check. I was told another 24hrs with no vehicle. After numerous calls I was told that the system had ordered the battery from the wrong depot but it would be in store by 8am the next morning. I went to the store and was told it was not available and they had no idea where it was. Fortunately the lady on the counter found a battery that had been stored on a shelf for some weeks and luckily it was the same as what I ordered. She tested the battery which was found to be just within the limits to charge to full capacity.Ive always experienced good support from you bug in this instance it was very disappointing and left my wife without her vehicle for 3 days.”

“Didn’t even receive my order and I’m still waiting, I notified customer service they said the store tried to call me, they didn’t, and they said they tried to deliver, they didn’t I didn’t even receive a email telling me what time it will be delivered all I have is my confirmation email, it’s now been around 7 working days and I still haven’t heard anything back from them.”

“I made an order online to collect and I got to the shop 5 min before it opened. Couple minutes later they opened the door asked me my order number and 30seconds later had my multiple item order at the desk ready to go. Top tier service 5/5 stars from me couldn’t have gone any smoother.”
