“80 mile round trip to be told the part hadn’t arrived. Unable to track it, no real help phoning round the help line. Part was late. Got told I would receive a £10 voucher as an apology and haven’t.”

“Unexpectedly delivered same day : I would have given a 5 star rating for that reason alone and the fact the part was as required, but was disapointed with the following aspect...... This was a pipe leading from the expansion tank in a 2015 zafira to the coolent flange, a well known Zafira problem that these fracture more than most as well as the very specific O-ring deteriating in the coolant flange itself. Problem is, no O-ring supplied with the pipe which meant after fitting it would leak at the flange end unless one is lucky enough to find the exact size, (diameter and thickness,) without having to buy a who new coolant flange, luckily, a local garage, after much trial and error, found one that fitted.”

“I drove from Chesham to Hemel to collect a Bluetooth receiver and when I got there to find they couldn’t find it , someone must have there hand in the cookie drawer, it put me off going back to that store ever, my Wycombe experience is always trouble free.”

“As usual with this branch service is incredibly slow, even with only one other person Infront of me, two at the till, it took almost 20 minutes for them to retrieve an oil filter. The queue was almost out of the door and the other staff member did not jump in the other til to help.”

“Ordered a wheel bearing online for collection from 4pm. Unfortunately the order hadn’t turned up at the store when I called in the following day on my way to work. The lad on the counter apologized and said because it was Christmas there was no 4pm delivery but would be in at 12pm which it was. I’ve never had a problem with collections in the past so wasn’t too bothered. All in all I’m happy as had the part I needed the following day.”
