“Ordered two Simoniz tough satin black aerosol's for cliick and collect.went to theshop and paid .After I had paid they went to get my aerosol's and apparently didn't have any .Surely stock should be checked before taking payment and should be checked online .When I ordered these online there were 3 in stock.”

“I came to collect my items and I was told one of them was out of stock which was confusing as I was told that there are 2 items that I needed are in stock. There stock I feel isn’t organised well and their system doesn’t have the correct details on what I had ordered recorded. However, I saw the same item that had a stick on it and showed the man and he said take it so I didn’t as the second item was sitting on the shelf. Very misleading to which can cause problems and frustrations between customers and staff which can effect the staff’s reputation if they don’t provide services properly which they try hard to.”

“Ordered a part said was in stock and emailed to collect. When I arrived they say part is missing gave a refund back but wasted my time if you have not the item why email me to collect. Joke wasted journey and time”

“Initially bought a car battery but it was to small for the space that supposed to fit in. Returned it and asked for a refund but the salesman mentioned that they have good reviews on Lion batteries and swap to this brand(we previously bought Lion from them and returned it as it was completely dead when fitted on the car, we mentioned this to the salesman but really thought it has been an isolated issue). Exactly the same thing happened again, the battery was completely flat and of course the car didn't start. Called a mobile mechanic that charged us £80 just to confirm that the battery is faulty. We will not buy from them in the future.”

“One comment to make in that the information board appeared to indicate if you had ordered on line and already paid you could go directly to the counter and avoid the queue. That did not appear the case.Otherwise excellent.”

“So good, it was so easy to order the part I needed, easy to pay and get confirmation of my order, the hardest thing was I had to drive to pick it up but as i wanted other items in the same area, it wasn't a problem, the chap serving was very efficient and good to let me have the item without any hassle.”
