“Wiper Blade difficult to fix. Unfortunately Euro Car Parts refused to fit it (Why? They used to offer that service years ago), so I went to Kwik Fit who assembled it within a few minutes. "Not a good fit", said the KF mechanic. But it seems to be holding up.”

“The parts arrived on the 4th working day. Unfortunately one of the items was missing most of the parts in the box. I would have expected the order to be checked before being sent. It was dealt with quickly and a new one arrived the next day. I called the local hoddeston branch many times on the day and never got a call back which was disappointing. The head office answered and were very good.”

“After 8 days (for 4 day delivery) the part never arrived. So I had to cancel and order from somewhere else. They delivered on the next day. I'm unlikely to use Euro car parts again”

“When I placed the order it was and efficient process on the website and was updated when the part was available to collect. When returning the part staff at burton were polite and informative of my refund. I was updated by email about my refund and the time it may take to receive it.”

“Ordered a Coil Spring for a Renault. Couldn't believe the price reduction, well worth it. Hoping I can get more items for good price's in the near future. “Euro Car Parts accepted my order, accepted payment, then contacted me later to say they could not supply the item. In subsequent messages they made it appear I had requested the refund, not the case Poor show and extremely unprofessional.”

“Ordered a part online. System said it was in store and ready to collect. Arrived at the store. Paid, only to told after they took my payment, that the product was not in stock. They then offered me a lesser product. Call customer service and they were just as useless as the store. Poor all round from Euro car parts.”
