“Terrible experience with Euro Car Parts. Order placed and explained delivery stated as 3/4 working days. 4 working days later and with zero communication from ECP I tried to contact them and get an update which I was unable to do. After 5 working days and still no sign of delivery I decided to try cancel my order so I could buy from a reputable business. I waited the next 24 hours but ECP still hadn't delivered or cancelled my order. I once again submitted a cancellation and also opened a case with PayPal. 24 hours later I got an email saying the order was cancelled, followed by a returns email (for an item that wasn't even shipped or delivered...). No explanation of what had happened or an apology. Poor service and I will not be placing any orders with ECP in the future.”

“I ordered a set of front brake pads and discs online using my vehicle registration number as a search guide. From the available options I bought matching 'Brembo' branded items. Items were then collected in store. Upon trying to fit them it was obvious the discs were too small a diameter (approx 30mm) than the original items and the brake pads were smaller and a totally different shape as well. Items were returned to store and a full refund was given, but no apology from staff for supplying the wrong parts or the wasted 60 minute journey. Having used Euro Car Parts for mail order business on numerous occasions since they first opened in London 30+ yrs ago, it is apparent that the quality of service has dropped as the business has grown, to the extent that I shall probably use other local parts suppliers before I venture back to the big business.”

“I received several unexpected emails from euro car parts. The first one was apparently a welcome message after creating an account. The second was an order confirmation for items I didnt want, to an address where I do not live and for a car reg I do not own. The final email was to confirm a successful collection. I have been unable to contact any one at Euro Car Parts who can explain what has happened and whether my personal details have somehow become merged with someone else in their customer database or if my bank account or other online service has been abused to make a fraudulent transaction. Order number: 513-00003122631”
