“I was sent wrong items When buying disks you can change to pack of two When buying pads have to change to x2 then they sent two packs The worse thing is they sent rear pads and front disks so I don’t know how they managed that but I ordered the right thing. Though when I check ed it said I ordered wrong which at the time I didn’t”

“I bought a rear light unit for our VW Polo - it arrived prompt. But that advert and description wasn't clear that it didn't come with the Bulb Holder. I just assumed the whole thing would come together... a DIY error... I phoned the Parts line to discuss but just couldn't get through.”

“The waiting time in store can be a bit silly they seem to have only 1 member of staff on the tills, even when theres and queue no one thinks lets get another member on to get the queue down they all stay at the back having a laugh between themselves, they may have had work to do behind You order click and collect and end up having to bring a pack lunch with you as you could be in for a long wait to be served.”

“Bought a battery just under a year ago it was flat so came back to the Warrington branch where I got it from they couldn't get the battery till the following day but I had a interview the next day so the lad behind the counter Stefan went above and beyond to find me a replacement they had in stock different brand but more expensive he rang customer service and got it to the same price. The lad was very helpful and was willing to help me to get me back on the road such fantastic customer service thank you.”
