“Ordered online with the item confirmed as being in stock. Was then emailed to say that the item was ready to collect. However when I arrived was told that they didn't have the item. Team were polite but seems that they have very poor stock management. Big waste of time and would not recommend.”

“Hi there. Firstly, I must say the quality and value for money of the O rings I ordered were excellent. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the delivery process. On bank holiday Monday morning at 9.30 hrs 25 May an attempt was made to deliver the order. The items would have easily fitted the letter box. However, I was left an unable to deliver card ! Finally got my order on the Wednesday. After several phone calls to Uxbridge branch .”

“Well ordering online was great only downside is my order was delivered to a address two streets away and online was saying order pending 3 days after been delivered to the other address lucky lady brought it around after been left outside her address while she was away. I contacted customer services twice about this was on hold nearly a hour then they answered and hung up”
