“Very good website and my order ready to collect as promised. I used a promotional code and forgot to add an item on line to my order. When I went in store and asked to add the item, I was told that it wasn't possible. I was told I'd need to cancel my order and do a new order, but would have to wait 15 minutes at least. No problem doing a new order but disappointing having to wait so long for the new order as it was only one extra item”

“Long story. Needed a Jag alternator, they sold me one, it failed on a journey after 7 months. Red light was on most of that time. I did tests, got a better model, it charges but red light is on just like the previous . Did research, it is way off the correct oem spec. Now they’re saying “according to our catalog that’s the right part” . Of course it is, it’s the catalog that’s wrong 🙄Online Jag forums confirm that this ERA alternator leaves the battery light lit up on a Jag.”

“Website is NOT accurate for parts. Website says discs would fit and low and behold they didn't. Not the first time it has happebed to me. Euro is no longer my 1st choice for buying parts from parts”

“Click and collect order from Rotherham branch. They really need to sort out the customer service in the shop. This time was the same as previous occasions. One member of staff serving with a queue of people to the door and I counted 7 staff in the back going about their business in a leisurely manner. You would also have thought when you order online for click and collect the order would be prepared. Obviously not the case. Staff in the back begin collecting items whilst you wait!”

“Delivered outside of their stated delivery window - apparently was originally delivered to the wrong address The 12V battery supplied has its terminals reversed unlike the image shown on website and as a result will not fit car Euro Carparts will not accept returns on the battery Does not answer the help centre phone - disconnected me twice”

“Incorrect order. Called and spoke to someone at your call centre, he said he would ensure the correct order of a foglight would be delivered to your kircaldy branch. I took the incorrect order in for refund and too collect the foglight and was told there was nothing on the system about a part being delivered.”
