I initially ordered online for delivery. The following day about 17.30 I received 2 mails, one approving returned items and the other a refund. I did not cancel. I had to wait till the next day to sort. Phoned local branch who appeared to know the issue - claimed failed delivery but someone was in all the time and if not less left in porch. As I need items for next day I then had to order same items for collect that day. Price was higher as discount that day was less. Never did get satisfactory explanation re failed delivery, however they did honor the initial price. However no explanation for "failed delivery", I then had the hassle of having to reorder collect, no compensation offered. To me it appears that delivery could not be bothered to make attempt and just refunded. The mail made it sound as I had cancelled. They also had mobile no.
