Ordered two number plate bulbs. One arrived completely smashed in poor packaging. Sent a message saying I don’t want to make a fuss or complain but could I possibly just get another bulb sent out. No response. Offered to show photos of smashed bulb etc. That was a week ago. Won’t use again.
