A good source to buy car parts, but the service in stores is always painfully slow and poorly managed. For example, to 'click and collect' it involves waiting in the same queue as customers wishing to buy at the store, so there is no advantage to buying online and collecting, as it doesn't save time. Then once the service advisor has validated your purchase at the till, you have to wait for usually 15-20 minutes for somebody to pick the item(s) and hand them over to you.
