Came to collect my item on last collection day. And I have been told that my item was cancelled and refund is on the way.
When I asked why it was cancelled when I had still plenty of time to collect? The answer was that someone from head office did a mistake.
And I wasn't offered any solution to fix this issue apart from repurchasing the same item again.
But I bought this item with the discount code from a different side and the code was no longer valid.
