Arrived to get part at pre arranged time, and was informed they didn’t have enough drivers and the part won’t be available until the following lunchtime.
This cost me time and unnecessary travel. I recognise the individuals working there have little control over this, they appeared short staffed and stressed. Perhaps to improve this, the upper management could give the store enough staff to do the job they promised to or at least call people to rearrange collection. Following day the wait for the part was long and again too few staff leaving the remaining looking stressed and overworked(and probably underpaid) take a flask and some food with you, you’ll be there a while!
