I ordered a new clutch online.I had entered my registration number and it duly brought up my car with the respective clutch which would supposedly fit. It arrived very quickly with free delivery.My mechanic removed the old clutch but could not get the new clutch to fit whatsoever.I phoned the telephone number on the receipt which was supposedly the branch where it had been despatched from to be connected to some far flung office, the man couldn't have cared less.I had to ask to be put through to the local branch where it had been sent from,"the line is engaged" can I wait please to be put through I requested.When I eventually spoke to a man there he was quite helpful when I explained the situation.He told us to take the clutch back there and we would get refunded.We did this the next day.On arrival with it with the receipt and original packaging my partner was asked by the assistant "What was he supposed to do with it?".He eventually agreed to refund us, as was right.
I had to order another clutch from a different supplier which was totally different to the one that was on your website for my car.
To sum up,your website needs looking at and amending.
I had to rely on lifts to work(there is no regular bus service) and pay the mechanic an extra days work through no fault of my own.I will never use Euro parts again or recommend them.
