Have used in past without issues, however bad experience this time. Placed order on a Thursday morning, items stated in stock, deliver 3-4 days. (Item being 2 x brake diacs).
I get to the following Wednesday, check the order status, and it still says "placed", contacted ECP, and was told that item wasn't in stock, and refund would be processed.
Got email few mins after saying a refund had been ori messed, for 1 out of the 2 discs. Therefore had to contact again to them get sorted.
Spent 45+ mins in virtual chat, plus 20 mins on phone, to finally sort everything out.
