Not great. Buying online I was given a collection point and time from which my item could be collected. Silly me, I trusted this and turned up at 1pm on saturday 4 hours after the 'can be collected from' time. As I was on my lunch hour, after 10mins in the store with no member of staff in sight I rang the store no. to ask for a member of staff. When someone appeared after another full 10 minutes of trying to locate my item it became apparent my item was actually not waiting to be collected. The item had not arrived. The email confirmation/order collection time needs looked at. Customers are wasting an hour of their time and driving considerable distances because an email assures them their item will be ready for collection.
