I paid for brake bulbs made by BOSCH
They should have been in a box
However I was give 2 bulbs which were loose (similar to being given coins as change)
I am not sure if the bulbs are genuine BOSCH and if they are NEW
I bought 1 as spare but am not sure if the bulb will work.Very poor customer care
