Your customer service people at Basildon were very angry on the Saturday before the May Bank Holiday because there was only one person at the till and there was a long queue. One lady came out of the office and virtually threatened to ask the customer to leave if he complains again. It was shocking. Ask a customer to leave where there are other outlets both physically and virtually which offers the same products? The customer was not violent and did not threaten anyone as he was with his daughter who is about 4 years old. Indeed your customer service people at your Basildon branch need training. Thank you
