I visited your store today on behalf of a friend to pick up an item that had been ordered. My friend had already checked that the part was in for collection. So, simple enough you would think. Unfortunately, the initial staff member (bald male on right hand counter as looking from door) who was calling to the main queue for click and collect service was obnoxious, unhelpful and totally apathetic in his approach to customer service. I went to give him the registration number as had been quoted on the phone when my friend called ahead, only to be told it’s not a click and collect item. So rather than argue with this obnoxious individual I went back to the other queue. Fortunately, I was then greeted by a lovely young man who was courteous, friendly and helpful and retrieved the item for me. On checking the receipt, it duly had click & collect on it! So I do suggest that this individual understands the service that is on offer and furthermore shadows his colleague to learn the meaning of good customer service. I have been put off using your store again and have passed this feedback to friends in the motoring trade so they can decide whether to consider using this store or not. Such a pity isn’t it that one person can have such a negative impact.
